I sadly find myself alone and separated from my wife of 19 years and my two kids. We are both trying to find our identities again in this life and are hoping to make a change. Our relationship has unfortunately got to a point that needs a complete change or it can not continue. I have spent the last couple of days with my daughter and my son on two separate days. A nourishing and fulfilling my time has been with them, I now find myself back at my little flat instead of my house with my wife and kids. Although I have done this guided meditation once previous, it has had a profound impact on me this second time. This was the first time I have meditated in complete floods of tears. The incredible words of this lady has spoken to me very deeply. I truly hope and believe that both me and my beautiful wife will find our purpose and light in our lives.
