Keep your left hand down. Picture a white light pouring down over you, Over your spirit, Over your crystal, And through your aura. Feel the healing light enlighten your space and calm your being. Feel the healing being put into your crystal and resonating in your body. Allow your crystal to guide you and direct you where it needs to go, Towards the earth.
