Integration is part of Luciana's first sound healing album titled Sounds From Above. The album was recorded live in a studio and completely improvised. Oh my gosh. This was fantastic. I love sound and vibrations. They only went as far as my belly today (sometimes I can feel them down into my legs, I listen with a headset), but that’s ok, it must have been where I needed them.
