My name is Alan.

Today I would like to invite you to do a brief breathing attention meditation.

Stop everything you are doing for a few moments.

Close your eyes and bring your attention to your breathing.

Don't try to modify it.

Just feel it.

If a thought appears,

Notice it and gently redirect your attention back to your breathing.

Just breathe.

Just feel the air coming in and out.

Stay there.

Breathe in for a few moments.

When you are ready open your eyes.

Have a very nice day.
