Hello,
And welcome to today's practice.
My name is Morgan and I will be your guide through this journey of self love and forgiveness.
Before we begin,
I invite you to find a comfortable space to sit or lie down.
Perhaps having a blanket or an eye mask just to bring yourself inward a bit more.
Nestling into your space.
Just beginning by taking in a deep inhale in through the nose.
Feeling your belly rise,
Pulling that energy up into your heart space.
And releasing and letting go.
Finding space for any adjustment in any way that you need to move or settle in.
To allow yourself to drop deeper inward.
This time is for you.
As we journey through this practice of hoสปoponopono today.
This Hawaiian prayer of forgiveness,
Acceptance,
Gratitude,
And love.
It's taking a moment,
Scanning the body.
Maybe even the mind.
What is something that you are ready to forgive and let go of today?
Maybe it's just a part of yourself.
Maybe it's a specific moment.
Or perhaps it's someone outside of you.
Just taking a moment to honor whatever that looks like.
Whoever that looks like.
Just holding that energy within.
As we begin this practice,
Taking in a deep inhale,
Eyes closed,
Attention inward.
Just seeing on this piece or part that is no longer serving your highest.
We begin the practice of hoสปoponopono.
Simply holding on to this piece or part,
Imagining it,
Seeing it,
Sensing it,
Feeling it in every part and aspect of your being.
As if you're standing face to face with this piece.
And you look it dead in the eyes.
You connect to it so deeply on every level.
And you say to it,
I'm sorry.
I am sorry.
I am sorry for any pain that I have caused you.
I am sorry for any pain or experience that I created.
I am sorry.
Continuing to stand and be with this part.
Letting those words sink in.
And now we let go.
And we move to these next words.
Please forgive me.
And it's so important to understand in the journey of forgiveness that when we choose to forgive a part or another,
That we are not saying that what they did or what happened to us is okay.
But we are choosing to let go.
We are choosing to release that energy that is no longer serving us.
So we say to this part,
Please forgive me for my part in this.
Please forgive me for my part in this.
Taking in a deep breath,
Releasing that exhale,
Feeling yourself becoming lighter.
And now connecting to this part and saying thank you.
Thank you.
Thank you.
Thank you for all that I have learned.
Thank you for this experience.
Thank you for the lessons.
Thank you for the awareness.
Thank you for all that I have learned or all that you have taught.
Now taking another deep breath and really letting that gratitude move through the bodies.
Lastly we say,
I love you.
Maybe you're looking a part of yourself directly in the eyes and for many,
Many years,
All this part has been waiting to hear are those three words.
I love you.
I love you for the gifts you have given me.
I love you for the moments we have shared.
I love you and accept you in all the ways that you are and have been.
I love you.
Just taking some deep belly breaths.
Perhaps placing your hands on your belly or your heart and feeling this energy of love,
Gratitude,
Giving yourself time to be in this moment,
To feel the energy alchemizing,
To feel the movement and flow and just staying connected to your breath.
Being very gentle with yourself,
Staying here a few moments.
I thank you for taking this time with me today,
For being in practice,
Sending love and light to you as you move on to your day and I hope to see you back here soon.
This has been Satsang Satsang here.
