Welcome to your Reiki Pillar of Light guided journey.

This is Adriana Velez,

Your alchemical empowerment coach,

Reminding you of your divinity and activating your soul purpose.

That you may live the life you were designed to live now with joy and ease.

Close your eyes,

Relax,

Sitting up or lying down with your spine straight.

Get ready to experience inner ecstasy and blissful waves of Reiki as you awaken your Pillar of Light.

Enjoy and receive.

All is well.

Here we are in the center of all things.

Allow yourself to start to come into your body and into the present moment.

Feeling the universe.

Breathing through you.

Feeling as you.

And making sure your body is comfortable to receive this healing energy and to activate your Pillar of Light.

This guided journey is infused with Reiki healing energy and crystalline star codes.

So just open to receive.

Opening and softening the mind and the heart.

Quickly taking the ego and the critical mind and setting it to the side.

And as you settle into your seat,

Just allow yourself to start breathing a little bit slower.

Stepping into your body a little bit deeper.

Taking your attention up to your crown chakra,

A little bit above your head and your soul star chakra,

Just a little bit above that.

Don't worry about the details.

Just say hello to the spaciousness above the head.

This portal that opens up to heavenly energies.

Up to your connection to source,

To starlight.

You may feel this gentle tingling sensation,

This warm expansion above your head.

And with your breath and awareness,

Imagine with your inner eye this gorgeous starlight being.

The starlight energy starting to just trickle down,

Moving down these energy centers,

Down in through the top of your head.

Swirling in with the cells of your body.

Feeling this energy to soften and relax your gorgeous face.

Smoothing out any lines or tension that you may have in the forehead.

Relaxing the jaw.

And you may even find yourself just smiling sweetly as this energy starts to radiate through your being.

Now bring your attention to the energy center between your brows,

Your ajna,

Your inner eye.

What the Taoists call your crystal palace.

And let's just take a moment to feel that space and roll your eyes up and in,

Into that crystal palace.

It's almost if you are cross-eyed,

But the attention is up higher.

Feeling your inner vision,

Your infinite possibilities,

Your imagination and your highest divine destiny.

And release your eyes to just being gently closed.

And allow the energy to just wash through you.

It's moving down into your throat center,

Really purifying your channels of communication and expression.

Infusing you with loving kindness.

And may the words that you speak out into the world be words of wisdom,

Love,

Blessings.

And releasing your shoulders,

Your strong shoulders that carry so much.

Just acknowledging their strength.

And giving them a moment to release and relax and let go.

And reminding you that it is not so much what you carry,

But how you carry it.

And infusing the energy of grace and ease moving forward into your day.

And this light current continues to move down your body,

Traveling down your central channel,

Purifying all of you,

Illuminating,

Activating,

Balancing and harmonizing.

And here we've come to the temple of the heart,

Your most precious magnetic electrical center in the body.

This is what the Taoists would call the home of the empress,

The home of the emperor.

Just take a moment to honor and love this sacred palace,

This temple space.

This heavenly reiki light filling up your sacred heart.

This bright light burning through any and all areas of resistance to giving and receiving love.

Softening you and awakening the child heart,

The true gem within.

And with each breath just expanding that center,

Really spending a little bit more time here.

Opening yourself up and amplifying your force field through the sacred heart temple.

And imagining this nectar of light traveling down,

Down through the solar plexus,

Down through the sacral and just swirling,

Dancing the emotional waters of the Hara,

The lower Dantian.

And this is the seat of your power.

An inch or two below your navel,

The seat of your power,

The earth key.

And imagine as you take a breath in that you're inhaling through the top of your head this pure wild and free pranic energy down through the central channel into the Hara.

Suspend the breath for a moment.

Let this pure prana swirl and release the breath.

And as you breathe in through that central channel,

Allowing these light codes to flood your body,

This reiki healing energy,

Not only are you purifying your inner channels,

Activating the inner diamonds,

But with each exhale you are infusing your auric field with this energy,

With this high vibrational healing energy and your biofield starts to activate and become illuminated,

Sparkling,

Alive,

Magnetic.

And allowing the energy to just naturally find its way down through your hips,

Your pelvis,

Through your legs,

Your knees.

Thank you to the legs and the knees and the ankles and the feet for creating movement forward,

Blessings on your path forward.

And this energy travels out through the bottom of your feet,

Past your earth star chakra,

Traveling through layers of concrete and soil and roots and minerals and flowers and trees and worms and creatures and oceans and volcanoes and fires.

Until you feel that it's reached the center of the earth.

And as you've reached the center of this goddess planet in which we live,

Send a blessing down into her.

A thank you,

A song,

An offering,

A flower,

A prayer.

Just that she help you transmute and transform anything that's ready to go.

Creating compost and fertile soil for what is new and what is to come.

And it's time to journey back up into the body.

Just with your breath and intention,

Allowing some of that light to move back up into your body.

And this light now is infused with some earth energy.

And it moves up through the body.

And it finds its way home back into the temple space of your heart.

Place your hands on your heart if you feel compelled.

And infusing your heart with self-compassion,

With understanding,

With wisdom,

With love.

And you can place your hands at your side and take this last moment to really see that light within your heart burning so bright and so free and so full of your essence and your truth and your beauty and your wisdom.

That it creates this gorgeous force field of love around you.

And you are fully protected in this bubble of cosmic energy,

Of this earth energy.

You are a vessel in which heaven and earth get to unite,

Get to unite in the center of your being within your heart.

And you move forward throughout your day as a pillar of light,

Soft and easy,

Fierce and courageous,

Strong and rooted,

Free and flowing,

True to yourself,

Expressing your highest destiny at all times.
