It's normal and natural to experience each and every motion possible.

Take your time and breathe deeply and completely,

Starting with the inhalation through the nose,

Moving through the exhalation out of the mouth,

Just like that.

Breathe in deeply,

Breathe out completely,

Inhale deeply,

Exhale completely,

It's okay,

It's okay,

You're okay,

You're perfectly fine,

This is natural,

It's natural and normal to feel each and every emotion possible.

You are having your human experience.

Take your time,

Take your time breathing deeply and completely,

Wherever you are,

Take a deep exhalation out.
