Repeat in your mind,

Deep past your idle thoughts,
Deep into your own mind.
Keep your mind clear of any thoughts,
Thoughts that divert your attention.
Now be silent.
God goes with me wherever I go.
Turn inward,
Move down,
Deep.
You are trying to leave appearances and approach reality.
It is quite possible to reach God.
The way will open if you believe that it is possible.
But it will never fail completely.
And instant success is possible.
Say to yourself,
Say very slowly,
God goes with me wherever I go.
Now turn inward,
Sink down,
Inward,
Deeper,
Deeper,
Away from the world,
Away from all the foolish thoughts of the world.
You are moving down to reach past all worldly things.
You are trying to leave appearances and approach reality.
Now turn inward,
Move down,
Deep,
Deep,
Deep,
Deep,
Deep,
Deep,
Deep,
Deep,
Deep,
Deep,
Deep,
Deep,
Deep,
Deep,
Deep,
Deep.
Sink down,
Deeper,
Away from the world,
From all the foolish thoughts,
All worldly things,
God goes with me wherever I go.
God goes with me wherever I go.
Throughout the day,
Use today's idea often,
Repeating it very slowly,
Preferably with eyes closed.
Think of what you are saying,
What the words mean.
Concentrate on the holiness that they imply about you,
On the unfailing companionship that is yours,
On the complete protection that surrounds you.
You can indeed afford to laugh at fear thoughts,
Remembering that God goes with you wherever you go.
God goes with me wherever I go.
God goes with me wherever I go.
God goes with me wherever I go.
Nothing real can be threatened.
Nothing unreal exists.
Herein lies the peace of God.
