Welcome to Active Meditation. A Course in Miracles, Lesson 37 My Holiness Blesses the World Say to yourself, Say, In your mind, My Holiness blesses the world. Now open your eyes. Look about you. Identify random objects and say to yourself, My Holiness blesses this object. And name the object. Or My Holiness blesses that object. Name the object. Now be silent while you do this. Close your eyes. Or any person that occurs to you, Say, My Holiness blesses you. Name the person. Or be quiet while you bless some people. Now say to yourself, My Holiness blesses the world. Open your eyes. Look around. Say, My Holiness blesses the world. Use any combination of the two faces. Eyes open. Blessing the objects. Eyes closed. Blessing people. Do this now. Open your eyes. Say in your mind, My Holiness blesses the world. Close your eyes. Say to yourself, My Holiness blesses the world. And as we return to time and space, We acknowledge, I am aware. I am. Nothing real can be threatened. Nothing unreal exists. Herein lies the peace of God.
