ACIM Lesson 330 Prayer

"I will not hurt myself again today."
This lesson emphasizes that we hurt ourselves when we refuse to accept our true identity as God's Child, choosing instead to believe in the ego's illusions of separation and guilt. It teaches that all pain and suffering are self-inflicted, as they arise from our own thoughts and perceptions, which we can change by choosing forgiveness and aligning with God's love. By recognizing that our experiences are projections of our own minds, we can stop attacking ourselves and others, and instead choose to see the world through the loving vision of Christ.
