ACIM Lesson 307 Prayer

"Conflicting wishes cannot be my will."

A Course in Miracles, Lesson 307 Conflicting Wishes Cannot Be My Will There is no other will for me to have. Father, Let me not try to make another will than yours, For it is senseless and will cause me pain. Father, Your will alone can bring me happiness. Only your will exists. Father, If I would have what only you can give, I must accept your will for me. I must enter into peace, Or conflict is impossible. Father, Your child is one with you in being and in will. Father, Nothing contradicts the holy truth that I remain as you created me. With this prayer, We enter silently into a state where conflict cannot come. With this prayer, We join our holy will with God's, In recognition that our wills are the same. With this prayer, I enter silently into a state where conflict cannot come.
