Lesson 291 This is a day of stillness and peace.

Christ's vision looks through me today.

Christ's sight shows me all things forgiven and at peace.

Christ's sight offers this same vision to the world.

I accept Christ's vision,

Both for myself and for the world as well.

What loveliness we look upon today.

What holiness we see surrounding us.

It has given us to recognize this is a holiness in which we all share.

It has given us to recognize this is the holiness of God himself.

Today my mind is quiet,

Father,

To receive the thoughts you offer me.

Father,

I accept what comes from you instead of from myself.

Father,

I do not know the way to you,

But you are wholly certain.

Father,

Guide me along the quiet path that leads to you.

Father,

Let my forgiveness be complete.

Father,

Let the memory of you return to me.

This is a day of stillness and peace.

I am as you created me.

Nothing real can be threatened.

Nothing unreal exists.

Herein lies the peace of God.
