ACIM Lesson 258 Prayer
"Let me remember that my goal is God." This lesson emphasizes the importance of training our minds to overlook trivial, senseless aims and remember that our sole goal is God. It teaches that the memory of God is already within us, but it's often obscured by our pursuit of worldly "toys and trinkets" that cause God's grace to shine unnoticed. The lesson encourages us to recognize that God is our only goal, and that we have no aim but to remember Him. It concludes by suggesting that by consistently redirecting our minds to this goal, we can uncover the memory of God that is always present within us.
