ACIM Lesson 248 Contemplation

"Whatever suffers is not part of me."
This lesson emphasizes that our Higher Self, as the Son of God, cannot suffer, and therefore anything that experiences suffering is not our real identity. It encourages us to disengage from our egos and bodies, recognizing that when we identify with suffering, we unconsciously blame God and block our love for Him.
