ACIM Lesson 236 Contemplation
"I rule my mind, which I alone must rule." This lesson emphasizes our responsibility and power to govern our own minds. It acknowledges that at times we may feel as if our thoughts are ruling us, but reminds us that we have the ultimate authority over our mental kingdom. The lesson encourages us to recognize that we have the ability to choose which thoughts we entertain and which we dismiss, aligning our minds with God's will for our salvation. By taking charge of our minds, we can shift from darkness to light, from sacrifice to vision, and reclaim our role as the rightful rulers of our mental realm.
