Welcome to Active Meditation,
A course,
Lesson 146.
Review Lessons 131 and 132.
Begin each day by opening your mind,
Clearing it of all thoughts that would deceive.
Let this thought alone engage your mind fully,
And remove the rest of your thoughts.
Mind holds only what I think.
My mind holds only what I think.
Let each idea which you review today give you the gift that God has laid in it for you to have.
Mind holds only what I think with God.
Let's review.
Lesson 131.
Say in your mind,
No one can fail who seeks to reach the truth.
Spend some time appreciating the meaning that these words contain for you.
No one can fail who seeks to reach the truth.
Don't add any other thoughts.
Just let these thoughts be the messages they are.
No one can fail who seeks to reach the truth.
Let each word shine with the meaning God has given it,
As it was given to you through God's voice.
No one can fail who seeks to reach the truth.
Let each idea we review today give you the gift that God has laid in it for you.
No one can fail who seeks to reach the truth.
Lesson 132.
Say to yourself,
Say in your mind,
Slowly,
I release the world from all I thought it was.
Spend a quiet moment with these words.
It is impossible to see two worlds.
See the gifts,
The meaning the words contain for you.
Let them be received as they were meant to be.
I release the world from all I thought it was.
I release the world from all I thought it was.
Add no other thoughts to them,
But let these thoughts be the messages that they are.
I release the world from all I thought it was.
I release the world I thought it was.
Each day of practicing,
As we review,
We close as we begin,
Repeating the thought that is restoring the world,
Moving us from darkness to the light,
From grief to joy,
Moving us from pain to peace,
From sin to holiness.
Mind holds only what I think can fail.
Who seeks to release the world I thought it was can be threatened.
Nothing unreal exists.
Herein lies the peace of God.
