Welcome to active meditation.
The Course in Miracles,
Lesson 26 My attack thoughts are attacking my invulnerability.
Think about a situation that you may be worried about or concerns you.
Say to your mind,
I am concerned about.
.
.
Identify the situation.
And this now,
Lobby still.
Think of the most likely possible outcome that has occurred to you and which has caused you concern.
Say,
I am afraid maybe the outcome will happen.
Now that the situation and the outcome has been identified,
Say,
That thought is an attack upon myself.
Practice with today's idea will help you to understand that vulnerability or invulnerability is the result of your own thoughts.
Nothing except your thoughts can attack you.
Nothing except your thoughts can make you think you are vulnerable.
And nothing except your thoughts can prove to you this is not so.
My attack thoughts are attacking my invulnerability.
Identify the situation.
Think of the most likely possible outcome that has occurred to you and which has caused you concern.
I am afraid maybe the outcome will happen.
That thought is an attack upon myself.
My attack thoughts are attacking my invulnerability.
Mixed practice periods are required in applying today's idea.
My attack thoughts are attacking my invulnerability.
Take a few deep breaths.
And as we return to time and space,
We acknowledge I am aware.
I am.
Nothing real can be threatened.
Nothing unreal exists.
Herein lies the peace of God.
