I wonder,

What is the perfect cup of hot chocolate?

Is it rich and creamy or light and sweet?

Does it have marshmallows on top or whipped cream?

Or maybe you like your hot chocolate served blue with rainbow sprinkles.

Tell someone sitting nearby or say it out loud to yourself.

What is your perfect cup of hot chocolate?

Let's get still and cozy.

Sitting up tall,

Reach up high.

Then drop your arms and close your eyes.

Wiggle your toes.

Then wiggle your nose.

Take a deep breath in and let it go.

And imagine you're sitting in a big,

Comfy chair in your coziest pajamas.

As you snuggle into the softness surrounding you,

Someone you love brings you a cup of hot chocolate.

And it's perfect,

Just how you like it.

You hold the cup in your hands and feel its warmth on your fingers and palms.

The steam swirls and twirls and lifts a sweet smell to your nose.

You breathe in this warmth and sweetness three times to the rhythm of these words.

Breathing in things warm and sweet,

I know I have all I need.

Breathing in things warm and sweet,

I know I have all I need.

Breathing in things warm and sweet,

I know I have all I need.

The steam settles and these words continue to swirl and twirl in your heart as you take the first delicious sip of your hot chocolate.

And you begin to wiggle your warm and cozy toes.

And you wiggle your warm and cozy nose.

You stretch your arms up high.

Then drop them to your lap and open your eyes.

I must agree.

That was the perfect cup of hot chocolate.
