Good morning,
Sweet one.
Let your eyes close once again.
Before you begin to create your day,
Allow yourself these moments of quiet awareness.
Bringing one ear to the shoulder and pausing here,
Breathing space into the muscles.
And then slowly guiding the head back to upright and allowing the opposite ear to move towards the opposite shoulder.
And again,
Breathing,
Pausing,
Softening with each breath.
And then bring your head back to upright.
With the eyes closed,
With a tall spine feeling your sitting bone through down into the surface beneath you.
The spine stacking one vertebrae on top of the next to create this long pillar of support.
Here you are.
It is a new day.
Take a deep breath in and a long breath out.
Know that whatever happens or doesn't happen today,
You are still here.
You are safe.
You are perfectly you.
Experiences will take place,
Positive and negative,
But the underlying constant that will not change is your presence.
Take a deep breath in and a long breath out.
Allow the experiences that take place throughout your day to be observed as simple noise that surrounds the space of what is and that is you,
Your awareness.
Take a deep breath in and a long breath out.
You are here.
You are safe.
You are perfectly you.
With your next round of breath,
Allow the eyes to softly,
So gently flutter open.
The gaze is soft.
As the awareness begins to travel outside of yourself ever so slowly and gently.
Here you are.
Allow the shoulders to draw up towards the ears with your next in breath.
And as you breathe out,
Loop them down and back so they drop away from the ear.
One more time,
Just like that.
Inhale,
Shoulders rise up to the ears.
Nice and tight there like you're giving yourself a big squeeze.
And as you exhale,
Drop them down.
Let that go.
As you move throughout your day.
Come back to this place of knowing.
Come back to this place of you here,
Aware,
Unchanging.
