Music Welcome.

Allow yourself to be seated or laying down in a comfortable position.

Perhaps laying on your back,

Maybe in a fetal position or just seated in a really comfortable place for you.

Allow your eyes to close down and notice how that simple action of closing the eyelids allows you to turn the attention inwards.

Take a deep breath in through your nose,

Inhaling.

And when your exhale comes,

Let it out through your mouth.

With each exhale that you take from this point forward,

Allow the weight of the body to surrender towards gravity.

Feel the support of whatever surface is beneath you.

And sense the connection,

The unraveling of the energy of the day.

The belly rises and falls with each passing breath,

Soft.

There is nothing to accomplish here.

There is no right or wrong way to be here right now.

Simply by being here,

You are perfect.

You are whole.

You are so complete.

Here,

Right now in this moment.

Feel the hips sink down into the surface beneath you.

Like a large bowl of water,

Heavy but fluid,

Softening and releasing.

Feel the shoulders drop down and away from the ears,

Maybe into the mattress beneath you.

Let them get heavy.

Let go of anything needing to be held or secured here.

And sense your face,

Without any expression at all,

Soft.

With the eyelids closed,

The eyeballs are rolling back into the sockets,

As they heavy with each passing breath.

The jaw is loose,

The tongue is away from the top of the mouth.

The forehead,

Free of any creases or lines,

Smooth,

Soft,

Surrender.

You have made it through the day.

You are here.

There is nothing to accomplish.

You have made yourself to surrender into this space,

This presence.

Feeling that right here,

Right now,

You are whole,

You are so perfect,

And you are so loved.

Let yourself rest.

Let yourself let go.

And let yourself recharge.

Just start to wander,

Just bring it back to the breath.

Have a beautiful evening,

Sweet one.
