So let's take a few deep breaths together,
Just to help you relax even more.
With each exhale,
Let go of any tension,
Any weight you're carrying.
Feel your body softening,
Your mind settling.
There's nowhere for you to be except here,
In this moment.
So together,
We'll inhale deeply through your nose,
Hold that breath,
And through your nose,
Exhale slowly,
Inhale deeply,

Hold it,
And exhale gently.
Now,
Let's allow your body and your mind to relax even more.
I'm going to count from ten to one,
And with each number,
Imagine yourself sinking deeper into comfort,

Ten,
A warm wave of relaxation begins to flow through you.
