Feel the deep, grounding presence of love — from within yourself and from those who walk beside you in Spirit. Take a few quiet moments today to rest, reconnect, and feel supported. This short meditation offers a gentle space to slow down and remember that the love you shared still surrounds you — in memory, in breath, and in the earth beneath your feet. Let yourself soften into the stillness. Let yourself feel held. Even a few breaths can remind you: You are grounded. You are connected. You are not alone. No experience needed. Just bring your heart and a moment of quiet. Background Music: “Zen Garden” by Grand Project on Pixabay

Before we begin,

Please ensure that you are in a safe and comfortable space where you will not be disturbed.

This meditation is designed to guide you into a deeply relaxed state,

So it is important that you do not listen to this while driving,

Operating heavy machinery or engaging in any activities requiring your full attention.

Find a comfortable position,

Either seated or lying down,

And allow yourself this time to fully relax and focus on your well-being.

Take a moment to get comfortable.

You can sit or lie down,

Whatever feels best for you.

Let your hands rest gently,

Close your eyes or keep them softly unfocused.

Let this moment be just for you.

Now bring your attention to your breath.

Feel the gentle rise and fall.

There is nothing you need to do,

Nothing you need to change.

Just breathe slowly,

Deeply and kindly.

With each breath,

Begin to imagine that you are sitting beneath a tree,

A strong,

Steady tree with deep roots and wide branches.

You are safe here,

Held by the earth,

Supported by something much larger than yourself.

As you breathe,

Feel the energy of this tree gently wrap around you,

Not tight but lovingly present.

Feel the roots beneath you and let them remind you that you belong,

That you are connected,

That you are loved.

Now bring to mind someone you love,

Perhaps someone no longer here in the physical form.

Feel their love surrounding you.

It may come as warmth or a colour or a memory or maybe just a soft feeling in your heart.

There is no right or wrong way.

Just let this feeling arrive.

Let that love move through you,

Let it settle around you like sunlight through the leaves.

And now,

For the next few minutes,

Just be here,

Together.

If it feels right in your heart,

Offer a quiet thank you to your loved one for being with you,

For loving you still,

For reminding you that connection never ends.

Now gently bring your awareness back to your breath.

Feel the support of the earth beneath you,

The air moving in and out of your body.

Wiggle your fingers,

Wiggle your toes and gently open your eyes when you are ready.

You are rooted in love,

You are never alone and you can return to this quiet place of connection whenever you need it.

Funny how things are sent when we need them the most. I have been feeling particularly vulnerable after my beautiful fur baby crossed the rainbow bridge. Although the emotions flowed abundantly and freely it was beautiful and surreal to sit with him on my lap under this big beautiful tree. My gratitude and love Abby 🙏🏼🤍🪽
