I take a deep breath,

Allowing my entire system to relax to the best of my ability.

I feel the earth supporting me.

I feel the air breathing into me.

I feel the waters flowing through my body.

I feel the fires of my essence stirring within me.

I call forth the purest spiritual forces I am aligned with.

I call forth the eternal essence of my soul avatar.

I call forth the forces of creation that gave birth to all life.

I call forth the essence of beauty,

Grace,

Flow,

And ease.

I call forth the indwelling eternal power,

Presence,

And love that dwells within my core.

I take a deep breath.

I ask for all of these forces to radiate through me and out around me in all directions,

Across all levels,

All dimensions,

And all aspects of my being.

I feel,

See,

And intend all of these forces do so now.

These forces sustain me,

Nourish me,

Inspire me,

And help keep me in a state of exuberant joy and peace.

By my own divine right of being do I claim eminent domain over my consciousness,

My energy,

My life,

And my realm.

I am sovereign,

Free,

Sacred,

And in unified integrity with the whole of my being and the sacred sources of all life.

I am the embodiment of infinite love-light potentiality,

And I radiate this out throughout my life.

Anything that would bring me down or interfere with my energy actually activates more of the sacred sources of power within me.

I am whole.

I am safe.

I am life.

I am eternal.

I am all that I am.

So it is and so it shall always be.
