We are now going to do an energy balancing session.

So if you could find a place where you are comfortable you can slowly just close your eyes.

And the idea is to just focus on your breath.

Focusing on the in breath,

Focusing on the out breath.

You are an energy being of the light.

You always have been,

You always will be.

Our earthly incarnation is just a ripple of the waves of energy that you truly are.

Just focus on the breath.

Now slowly feel your energy centers opening.

Starting with the root.

Moving up to the sacral.

Up to the solar plexus.

To the heart.

To the throat.

To the third eye.

And finally to the crown.

Where your intentions go,

Energy flows.

Slowly feel yourself now connecting to the center of the earth.

Feeling her groundedness.

The solidity.

And with each breath,

With an each in breath,

Draw the energy of the earth through each of your chakras.

Sensing and grounding your energy into your physical body.

Letting go of any excess energy,

Either emotional,

Mental or physical.

Raising the vibration of the physical body.

Expanding your aura.

Energizing your light bodies.

Feeling confident.

Feeling strong.

Feeling grounded.

We now set the intention for our heartbeat to resonate with the heartbeat,

The frequency of the heartbeat.

Slowly letting the energy pulse and flow through you.

Letting go of any excess energy,

Either emotional,

Mental or physical.

And now slowly just releasing the eyelids.

Just bringing yourself slowly back into your space.

And now slowly letting go of any excess energy,

Either emotional,

Mental or physical.

And now slowly just releasing the eyelids.

Most effective chakra related meditation I’ve experienced. I had a weird experience during the grounding - felt like a lot of energy at my crown was pressurised, like being trapped - not sure if that was good/ bad, but I feel good now. Looking forward to experiencing again.
