Sit comfortably in a place you know you won't be disturbed for a while. Or go for a walk. Close your eyes and take a few deep breaths. Inhale through your nose and exhale through your mouth. Let the air flow through your body without any effort. Imagine yourself walking around amidst the trees. What do you hear? What do you feel? Can you sense the smell of the flowers? Let yourself be surrounded by Mother Nature, and relax your mind from daily life. Enjoy the peace.
