Itsjust after noon, im outside a day after a full moon. I was able to connect with the blue (cool) light . I was able to notice more than a few deep releases. I really enjoyed this meditation; however, the ending came rather abruptly. I’m not sure if it was intentional, but it went from a flow to an sudden bell.
