For times when everything feels too much. Times when, you are triggered by something, that reminds you of that one person, that didn't seem to care anymore. For times, when you feel overwhelmed and alone. For those times after a break-up, when all you need is a hug. This meditation gives you hope and shows you, that there is always someone, that you can rely on. Yourself. You got this! Music by August Wilhelmsson - Somewhere in between.

I know,

I know,

I know the pain that you feel.

The pain that sneaks up on you when you think you're over it.

When you think it's finally done and then a song,

A scent,

A word that reminds you of this one person.

This person that stood still while you kept moving.

This person that couldn't hold your fragile heart anymore and dropped it with loose hands.

Hands that didn't seem to care anymore.

I'm sure they did love cares.

And no matter what is the reason for you to decide to go separate ways,

In the separation there is always beauty,

A new beginning,

The spark of something new.

Take a deep breath.

Exhale fully.

Deep inhale and let it go.

Feel the connection to the earth.

Feel that you are being held here,

Safe,

Connected to mother earth,

Gaia.

You are not alone.

And allow yourself to feel the pain.

Fear this pain in your body.

Let these tears flow.

Embrace it.

The disbelief,

The anger.

It's okay.

It's okay.

Let it wash through you.

Let it go with every tear you shed.

With every exhale you let go.

See if we put light on our shadows.

The shadows disappear.

Exhale completely.

Deep inhale and sigh it out.

From here give yourself a hug.

With your arms around you.

And feel the security that you can give yourself here.

If it feels right to you,

Gently rock from side to side.

You got this.

Hold yourself here.

Take a deep breath and let it go.

Bring your awareness into your heart.

Feel your heartbeat.

Feel the prana,

The life force in your body.

You are here now.

You are alive.

You are this beautiful human soul that is here to make all these experiences.

If you truly feel,

If you truly feel this connection to yourself right here,

Right now,

Maybe you can feel this little spark,

This tiny piece of magic inside of you that is looking forward to this next chapter.

The freedom,

The ease that comes with a decision.

This time is for you.

You choose whatever comes next.

Maybe there's a country that you always wanted to travel to.

Maybe it's time to write that book,

To sing that song out loud,

To go out and make new experiences.

You'll be surprised how much more there is to discover.

Take a deep breath here.

Sigh it out.

Sit nice and tall and raise your arms sideways and above your head.

Inhale.

Exhale.

Bring your hands to your heart.

From here,

Bring your thumbs to your third eye,

The area between your eyebrows.

I am strong in my mind.

Bring your thumbs to your mouth.

I speak my truth.

Bring your hands to your heart.

I let my heart guide my way.

From here,

Slowly open your eyes.

Come back.

You got this.

You are a warrior.

You survived before and you always will.

You got this.

17 years of love… Age 15-33 and my heart and world are shattered. Your meditation helped me release these feelings and call on my spirit guides and ancestors. At the end I felt love. I started with tears of sadness and ended with tears of love. Thank you for helping me ground myself in the middle of chaos and heartbreak.
