Welcome.
Find a comfortable position where your body can be supported and at ease.
Allow your hands to rest naturally.
If it feels comfortable,
Gently close your eyes.
There is nowhere to go and nothing to achieve right now.
Just this moment.
Just this breath.
Begin by noticing the gentle rhythm of your breathing.
Not changing it.
Not controlling it.
Simply noticing.
The air entering.
The air leaving.
Each breath arriving on its own.
Each breath departing on its own.
As you continue breathing naturally.
Imagine that with every exhale,
A little more tension leaves the body.
Your shoulders soften.
Your jaw loosens.
And the muscles around your eyes.
Relax.
Your chest opens.
Your belly softens.
And with each breath,
You become a little more settled.
A little more present.
A little more available to yourself.
Now imagine that you are standing at the edge of a beautiful path at dawn.
The sky is painted with soft shades of gold,
Lavender,
And pale blue.
The air is cool and fresh.
You notice that the path before you is wide.
Welcoming.
And gently illuminated by the first light of morning.
Something deep within you knows that this path has appeared for a reason.
Today is a journey of release.
A journey of laying down burdens you no longer need to carry.
You begin walking.
Slowly.
Comfortably.
With every step,
You feel lighter.
More grounded.
More connected to the earth beneath your feet.
As you walk.
You notice a backpack resting on your shoulders.
Perhaps you hadn't noticed it before.
Yet,
Somehow,
It has been there all along.
You become aware that this backpack contains every fear,
Every worry.
Every limiting belief that you've been carrying.
Some of them are recent.
Some are very old.
Some belong to stories you've repeated for years.
And as you continue walking.
You notice just how heavy the backpack feels.
You don't need to examine every item inside.
You don't need to analyze anything.
Simply acknowledge that you've been carrying far more than you were ever meant to carry.
The path now leads into a magnificent forest.
Tall trees stretch toward the sky.
Their branches sway gently in the breeze.
Sunlight filters through the leaves in golden beams.
The forest feels ancient.
Wise.
Safe.
As you move deeper into the forest.
You arrive at a circular clearing.
In the center stands a large stone table.
Smooth.
Solid.
Steady.
You feel invited to set your backpack upon it.
And so you do.
For a moment,
Simply notice the relief of setting it down.
Feel the difference.
The weight no longer pulling on your shoulders.
No longer pressing against your back.
No longer demanding your energy.
Now imagine opening the backpack.
Inside are objects representing fears.
Worries,
And limiting beliefs.
Perhaps one appears as a heavy stone.
Another as tangled ropes.
Another as dark clouds trapped inside glass jars.
Allow whatever imagery naturally arises.
One by one.
You begin removing them.
Holding each object gently.
Not with judgment.
Not with frustration.
Only with awareness.
You might notice a fear of failure.
Of fear of rejection.
A fear of uncertainty.
A belief that you are not enough.
A belief that you must earn your worth.
A belief that you must always be strong.
You don't need to force anything.
Simply notice what appears.
And as each object is placed upon the stone table.
You realize something important.
You are not these fears.
You are not these worries.
You are not these beliefs.
You are the one who has been carrying them.
And what can be carried can also be set down.
As you stand in the clearing.
A gentle breeze begins to move through the trees.
The breeze grows slightly stronger.
Warm.
Comforting.
Almost alive.
The wind begins dissolving the objects on the table.
The ropes unravel into light.
The stones crumble into sparkling dust.
The clouds drift upward into the open sky.
Everything that is ready to leave begins transforming.
Without struggle.
Without force.
The forest itself helping you release what no longer serves you.
Watch as the burdens dissolve completely.
Returning to nature.
Returning to the earth.
Returning to the sky.
Now that the backpack is empty.
You continue walking.
The path leads deeper into the forest.
Until you hear the sound of water.
Ahead,
A beautiful river flows.
Clear and luminous.
Sunlight dances across its surface like liquid diamonds.
You approach the riverbank.
And there.
Waiting beside the water is a small wooden boat.
Simple.
Beautiful.
Steady.
Inside the boat are pieces of paper.
And a pen.
You intuitively understand their purpose.
These pages are for the worries that still linger.
The worries about the future.
The unanswered questions.
The things you cannot control.
Take a moment now.
Imagine writing them down.
Perhaps words appear.
Perhaps symbols.
Perhaps images.
Whatever arrives is perfect.
One by one,
Place each paper into the boat.
Every concern.
Every uncertainty.
Every mental burden.
Every what-if.
When you are ready.
Gently push the boat into the river.
Watch as it begins drifting away.
Slowly.
.
.
Gracefully.
The current knows exactly where to carry it.
Further and further downstream.
Smaller and smaller.
Until it disappears beyond the horizon.
Notice what it feels like to allow life to hold.
What you've been trying to hold alone.
To trust that not every problem requires constant attention.
Not every uncertainty requires immediate resolution.
Now you continue following the river.
Eventually it leads you to the base of a great mountain.
Majestic,
Strong.
Ancient.
The path winds upward.
And as you climb,
Something remarkable begins happening.
With every step,
Your perspective expands.
The higher you rise,
The more clearly you can see.
The worries that once felt enormous.
Now appear smaller.
The fears that seemed overwhelming become distant.
The stories that once defined you lose their grip.
You continue climbing until you reach a breathtaking summit.
From here,
You can see forests,
Rivers.
Valleys Endless Horizons The world stretches in every direction.
At the center of the summit stands a large mirror framed in silver light.
You approach.
And as you look into it.
You do not see your ordinary reflection.
Instead,
You see yourself free.
Free from the fears you've released.
Free from the worries you've carried.
Free from the beliefs that have limited you.
You see your natural strength.
Your wisdom.
Your resilience.
Your capacity to grow.
You see someone who has faced challenges and continued forward.
Someone who has learned.
Adapted.
Endured.
Someone far more capable than fear would have you believe.
Take a moment to absorb this image.
Allow yourself to recognize these qualities.
They were always here.
As you stand before the mirror,
A golden light begins radiating from within your reflection.
The light expands outward.
Filling your chest,
Your heart.
Your mind.
Your entire body.
This light represents trust.
Trust in yourself.
Trust in your ability to meet life as it unfolds.
Trust in your capacity to navigate uncertainty.
Trust in your own inner wisdom.
Allow this golden light to fill every space where fear once lived.
Every space where doubt once lingered.
Every space where limiting beliefs once took root.
The light grows brighter.
Warmer.
Steadier.
And then you notice something extraordinary.
The light is not coming from the mirror.
It is coming from you.
It always was.
The mirror simply helped you remember.
Now the mountain begins to fade.
The forest begins to fade.
The river begins to fade.
Yet,
The feelings remain.
The freedom.
The spaciousness.
The trust.
The light.
These qualities travel with you.
They are yours.
They are available whenever you need them.
Take a slow,
Comfortable breath.
And another.
Allowing the experience to settle.
Perhaps silently repeating along with me.
I release what no longer serves me.
I do not need to carry every fear.
I do not need to solve every uncertainty.
I am stronger than limiting beliefs.
I trust myself.
I am free to move forward with greater ease.
Now begin gently returning your awareness to the room around you.
Notice the surface supporting you.
Notice the temperature of the air.
Notice the sounds around you.
Wiggle your fingers.
Wiggle your toes.
Take a deeper breath.
And another.
Bringing back with you the lightness,
The clarity,
And the freedom you've discovered.
And when you're ready,
Allowing your eyes to gently open.
Welcome back.
