Here is a simple guided meditation for Qigong energy clearing.
Settle your energy.
Stand.
Feet flat on the ground,
Knees slightly bent.
Breathe in slowly through the nose,
Out through the mouth.
With a gentle breath three times.
Feel your feet connected to the earth.
Imagine roots growing down,
Giving you.
Steadiness.
Inhale,
Raise your hands slowly up the front of your body to chest level.
As you exhale,
Sweep your hands down along the sides as if brushing stagnant energy away.
Six to nine times.
With each exhale,
Let heaviness or tension slide down into the earth to be released.
Gathering fresh chi.
Inhale.
Open the arms wide to the sides as if drawing in light and fresh air.
Exile.
Bring hands together down the center line to rest on the lower belly.
Rest your palms there for a few breaths.
Feel the warmth and a gentle glow.
In your lower belly.
Like a small sun shining inside.
To close,
Take one last slow breath in and out.
Open your eyes gently and carry this sense of clear,
Grounded energy with you into the rest of your day.
