Hello everyone,

Today we are going to do a very short guided meditation actually it will take almost like five minutes of your time and this will be a meditation that you can do anywhere anyplace and then what we are trying to do is to bring out the inner happiness which you always have been carrying around and which has already always been with you from the childhood days until now so we all have been through a lot in life but just know we all carry this pure peaceful stable bright mind within us it's just covered with these external things it's like something very precious but just covered with a layer of dust so what we are trying to do is we are trying to bring it out out so I welcome you all to this guided meditation session to bring out the inner happiness so let's get started with today's session first take a moment to get ready get comfortable in your surroundings make sure if possible for the next 15 minutes you are not physically disturbed or distracted the next few moments is just for you get comfortable with the posture which you like and as per your comfort level feel free to change your position during the session if you experience any kind of discomfort the key is to feel comfortable and relaxed so gently close your eyes and just let the attention be with your body which supports you so much and just observe the stillness of it at this stage now slowly remember the happiest day of your childhood that was you now try to go back to that moment or time think you are that child again wandering with this happy mind carefree light and joyful now think this child is walking on a warm beautiful day the sun is shining the wind is brushing the face as if walking on a safe path to reach a safe location like a very safe cave now reaching that destination see a door to the secure place feel free feel safe to move in to this cool soothing place a ray of light will make things visible for you and this is your inner world you are experiencing your real inner world without any disturbing or distracting thoughts of the external world step into this beautiful world world warm safe from all the external warm and bright as if the soothing morning rays of the Sun lights it up and just know and tell yourself I relax into the warmth and the harmony and only you know this place and now you can take a break and close the door of the outer world engage yourself fully into this world a world where you are safe and can experience true joy and happiness and just know I am there and try to go deeper and deeper into this inner world of yours feel the energy as a life force growing stronger and stronger and actually this is you just tell yourself actually this is me I feel the sense of calm and appreciation which beat each mind moment continue to radiate this light even outwards spreading this light all around you and being able to feel feel the pure energy and light now feeling this the energy of your inner world shining through you let this energy remain with you all day and throughout the day whenever you feel dull or even sad whenever you need to be happy you just have to dive in and bring it back anytime you wish because it was always with you just know only those outward dust is that which covers it so put a beautiful smile on your face take a gentle breath and open your eyes have a beautiful day
