Hello everyone,
Last time we talked about stress.
So now this time let us talk or practice about how to reset the mind.
This is a very important thing and in the future we will bring you many solutions for the problems we are facing as well as very positive things and even some would go higher and higher on the path to make life more happier and peaceful and we will be sharing with you like live interviews.
We won't be saying who it is or what their problems and all are but we will share the answers with you all so hopefully this will be a help for you all also.
So now gently close your eyes and be comfortable wherever you are.
If you can sit and if there is a way even lying down or stretching out you can practice this.
And if you have headphones please use them and adjust the volume also according to how you like it.
So gently close your eyes.
We are going to practice today about how to reset our mind with the help of the breath.
So gently close your eyes and then take a few deep breaths and just let that breath be for sometime inside your lungs and slowly exhale.
And then again know the breath coming into your body.
Take a deep breath filling out the lungs,
Chest area raising up and even pushing the abdomen down and filling up the whole area.
And let it be there for sometime and then just release and then one more time.
So now what we are trying to do we are going to see usually is stress,
Anxiety or burnout or anything.
It seems like everything is scattered and it's like a room full of things.
But we just have to bring it back and put it into order only.
And the best thing about the mind is soon as it arises it has to pass away.
So though we are keeping memories or experiences within us but actually they don't stay like that.
So what we try to do,
We try to understand this.
So just come to the breathing area and then bring a big breath in and then just keep it inside and let this breath travel all over your body.
And then come back and release.
So again let the breath come in and you can think of anything like it's transferred along the blood flow,
It oxygenates the body.
You can think of anything you like or energy and let it go from the lung area all the way to the top of the head all through your arms,
Fingers and then through your body,
Upper body,
Lower body,
Right up to your toes.
And then coming back all the way from the tip of your toes,
Tip of your fingers,
Top of your head,
Right up to your heart region and then with the exhale let it go out.
So each in-breath just see like waves of the ocean,
They come and go.
Just see this pattern and let each in-breath come in and oxygenate your body bringing new life,
New moment,
New energy.
And with each exhale try to put out all the things or the unwanted things or the negative things that you are holding on.
Because with each breath,
Because breath is our main cause of life,
One of the main causes.
So if this also doesn't stay,
From that the thoughts,
Emotions,
Memories,
They all occur.
But let the unwanted go,
Bringing you back to the present moment,
Free from the sadness or tiresomeness of the past and freeing you from the anxiety of the future.
Each in-breath bring in,
Let it go and just know we have the here and the now.
Stay focused and sharp and release the mind,
Letting it go free and every moment is a chance for us to reset just like a brand new day,
Brand new hour.
Brand new minute or a totally new second and just know the physicality as well as the mentality is always new and most of all the mentality or the mind.
Even if the body is tired still,
The mind has so much power.
That's why age or sickness,
All can be conquered,
Overpowered by the power of the mind.
So powerful and we don't know this power.
So just know,
Very simple,
Each in-breath it's new life,
Each out-breath you can put all the negatives and let it go.
Not only that you can add things like peace,
Harmony,
Kindness even to the exhaust or the out-breath.
Because all these things that happen inside,
They have no other way to go,
They have to go through your body,
Either through your muscle and skin or through the breath.
So just let the breath help you and making you free and this wisdom you can take it even further and further and further to deep deep stages of insight meditation or vipassana which we really can see the deepest of arising and passing phenomena.
But for now,
Just enjoy this present moment,
Let the happiness come and take the place of the negatives.
Just know each moment,
Each day is a new beginning,
New chance for us to live our lives as we want it to be.
Then slowly with this breath come close to your eyes and gently open up your eyes,
Everything,
Reset and feel the strength and the presence and the confidence.
