Welcome to your visualization meditation.

Visualization bridges the gap between your dreams and the reality that you live.

By imagining your desired life as if it's already here,

As if it's already yours,

You align your mind and your energy with that vision.

So let's step into this reality together.

One breath at a time.

I invite you to get comfortable somewhere that you feel safe so that you can fully let go and relax and immerse yourself in this meditation.

So once you feel comfortable where you are at,

I invite you to gently close down your eyes.

And we're going to start with a few slow,

Deep breaths.

Inhaling through your nose and exhaling through your nose.

With every breath,

Feel your lungs fully expand.

And exhaling as you release all that air,

Squeezing it all out.

And let's take a couple more cycles like this.

Inhaling and exhaling.

Let's take one more deep breath like this,

Inhaling through your nose.

And on your exhale,

You're going to gently sigh it out your mouth.

And releasing this breath,

Allow it to return to its natural rhythm as you bring your awareness to your physical body.

And standing at the top of your head,

Scanning down,

Noticing where you can invite more ease and relaxation.

Relaxing your forehead,

Dropping your shoulders,

Relaxing your belly,

Letting your legs fall apart,

Letting it all go.

And if you notice any part of your body that doesn't want to relax,

That doesn't want to let go,

That's okay.

Just simply let it know that it has permission to let go when it's ready.

And I invite you now to begin to create a picture in your mind of this present moment.

The clothes that you are wearing,

How you are seated or laying down,

The space around you,

Any sounds or any smells.

Just letting this picture form as it is.

Think about what you would see if your eyes were open in this moment,

But keeping them closed,

Just visualizing what is around you right now.

It doesn't have to be perfect.

You don't need any judgment here,

Just noticing.

And once you have this image in your head,

I invite you to then notice a shiny golden thread that is gently wrapping itself around your waist.

It's nice and tight,

But not so much that it feels uncomfortable.

It just has a strong grip.

One end of the shiny golden thread is wrapping around your waist,

While the other end expands far beyond,

Up through the roof and out of sight.

I invite you now to feel yourself gently being lifted by this thread.

It's pulling you up and up,

Out of your seat,

Up to the roof of this room and through the roof,

Up into the sky.

Keep moving up and up and up,

Through the clouds,

Through the stars,

All the way up,

Until you reach a clearing,

An open space.

And in this space you see a line.

This line is your timeline.

There's no wrong or right way to imagine this.

Whatever you are seeing right now is perfect.

So one part of this line represents your past,

One represents your present,

And one represents your future.

Just notice what this looks like for you.

And now you notice that this golden,

Shiny thread is connecting you to a moment in your future.

Now this day that you are connected to is the very first day that you realized that it became strikingly obvious that you've made it.

You have become the person that you have always wanted to be.

You are living the life that you always dreamt of.

You are connected to this moment.

As you feel that thread begin to pull you in closer and closer to that moment in your future.

Getting closer and closer and closer until you are watching your future self from above.

Noticing how you look,

How you feel,

What you're doing,

Who is around,

What you have around you.

It's beginning to observe this beautiful moment as this dream vision becomes your reality.

Notice what that looks like.

And as you take in this detail,

Allowing that thread to draw you in closer and closer until you feel your feet touching the ground as you gently step into your future self.

Getting to see this reality through their eyes.

Again,

Noticing where you are,

What's around you,

What you feel,

What you're doing.

Just allowing this moment to really feel your entire mind completely.

Noticing the colors,

The movement around you,

The different sounds,

The smell,

And how everything becomes brighter,

Brighter,

More vibrant,

More alive the more you pay attention.

Now I want you to really bring your focus to how this feels in your body.

Where do you feel it?

Does this feeling have any movement to it?

Is this feeling heavy or light?

Does it have a color?

Just allowing yourself to be fully present with all that you see,

Hear,

And feel.

Knowing that this moment and this reality has been made just for you.

And I invite you to breathe it all in.

And trusting yourself here,

I invite you to affirm whatever you need to hear.

This may be,

This is mine.

I deserve this.

I belong here.

Gift yourself whatever words you need to hear.

And now you notice that shiny golden thread beginning to wrap around your waist again.

And we're inviting it here as it gently pulls you back up to the roof so that you are looking down upon your future self once again.

But this time you notice your future self looking up at you.

The first time that future self is recognizing you,

Where you are now.

And this future self says something to you.

And I want you to just listen to what it has to say.

And then letting this shiny golden thread begin to pull you back up through the roof,

Up into the sky,

Through the stars.

Returning to your timeline.

Beginning to make our way back to the present moment.

So allowing the subconscious mind to make any little adjustments in order to return to that present moment.

Travelling down through the sky,

Through the stars,

Down,

Down,

Down,

Down,

Back to the space that we began in.

As you settle back into your seat,

Notice how that feels,

Your body against the couch,

The floor,

Wherever you are.

Feeling your breath and your body.

Knowing that this golden thread is continuing to link you from your present moment to that future self that we have just visited.

And I invite you to anchor into some gratitude here,

Knowing that you are connected to that future self and now you get to enjoy the journey of getting there.

Taking a deep breath here,

Inhaling through the nose.

And exhale out the mouth.

Trusting that you are on your path and when you are ready,

Gently opening your eyes.
