Rooted into this present awareness,

We move into the meditation of wisdom mind to wisdom mind for those open to letting go of the past,

Becoming aware of the imagination of the future,

Choosing this state of awareness that is happening in this moment,

Rest in it,

Thoughts will dissipate on their own into this moment of awareness,

This spontaneous moment as it is,

As you are.
