I'm so excited we're going on this journey together.
Before we start,
Make sure you're not distracted by the external world,
Create a safe and comfortable space for yourself.
Maybe you want to light some candles or burn some incense.
You definitely want to have a comfortable space to lay down,
Maybe cushions and a blanket.
Maybe you want to make yourself a cup of tea and you definitely also want to have a pen and paper ready.
So make sure you create the space for you now and then let's begin the journey.
Find a comfortable position,
You certainly do want to lay down and then just start focusing on your breath,
How you're breathing in and breathing out.
Observe the pace of your breath and how it feels to breathe.
Let's take three deep breaths in,
In for the nose,
Then we're going to hold,
Then we're going to breathe out for the mouth.
First breath,
In for the nose,
And hold.
Breathe in for the nose,
And hold,
And out.
And one more time,
Breathing in for the nose,
And hold.
Maybe you want to stretch your body a bit.
You're going to scan through the whole body to make sure that you're completely relaxed.
You're going to start with the head.
Just really feel into your eyes,
Relax them even deeper.
Clench your jaw,
Relax your shoulders,
Your whole upper body,
Your arms and hands.
Relax your hips,
And your legs,
And your feet.
And if you're experiencing any pain in any part of your body,
Just send some loving awareness through these parts of your body,
So that you can also deeply relax for now.
And just allow every cell of your being to deeply relax.
There's nowhere else to be,
Nothing else to do,
Just to be here.
Now envision a golden light coming up from above,
Into your body,
Flowing into every cell,
Into every corner of your being.
And then envision this golden light also flowing through your body,
Into the earth,
Deep into the core of the planet,
Anchoring you there.
Let your health and protect it from all sides.
And just feel into this,
How it feels for a moment,
Just to be here,
And breathing,
And being surrounded by this golden light,
And held and protected from all sides.
And if any thoughts are arising,
You can just gently push them away for now.
As if you would push away cotton clouds in your mind.
You can take care of all of this later.
Right now we're going on a journey.
When you're ready,
Envision yourself sitting in front of a deep lake,
In the magic of forest.
Just be curious what you can see,
What images appearing of you sitting there in front of a deep lake in the magic of forest.
How does the lake look like?
How does this magic of forest look like?
What kind of trees are there?
And just be curious what's arising.
Just be open.
This magic of forest might look like something you've never seen before.
It might look like something very familiar.
Just allow it,
Enjoy it,
And be curious and open.
Imagine you're sitting there,
And you can feel the earth beneath you.
And you can smell the earth,
The lake,
The forest.
How does the sky look like?
Anything is possible.
What's the weather like?
And just sit there for a while,
Looking at the lake and the magic of forest surrounding you.
Maybe you want to turn around and look behind you.
And then when you're ready,
Go a bit closer to the lake.
Maybe you want to dip your toes in it.
Maybe you want to play with your fingertips.
And just softly and gently connect with the lake and the water.
How does it feel?
How does it look like?
And now connect more with the lake.
Connect more with the water.
Maybe you want to walk into the lake.
Maybe you want to jump into the lake.
Maybe you want to swim a bit,
Or dive.
Whatever feels most comfortable for you right now,
And anything is possible.
Just connect with the water and the lake and really feel it.
And then go to the middle of the lake.
Way to the middle of the lake.
You know exactly how to get there.
You know exactly where the middle of the lake is.
Go to the middle of it.
And just be there.
Maybe you want to lay on the surface of the water.
Maybe you want to just drop and dive in.
It's easy to breathe for you in the water,
That's not a problem.
Just be there,
In the middle of the lake.
And feel into how it feels to be there.
Surrounded by this magical forest.
In the middle of this deep lake.
Maybe you want to ask yourself how it is for the lake to be such a deep lake.
Surrounded by a magical forest.
Maybe you want to connect with the lake in that way.
Imagine you being that deep lake.
Surrounded by a magical forest.
How would that feel like?
How would that feel like to be such a lake?
In such a magical forest?
What kind of things would you say?
What kind of things does a lake like this experience?
In such a magical forest?
Just allow yourself to become the lake.
Feel into it.
Envision how it must be to be such a deep lake.
In such a magical forest.
And just allow yourself to really expand into every corner of this lake.
Not just the middle of it.
But every little drop of water in this lake.
Maybe you want to envision how it is to be one drop.
Just one little tiny water drop in this lake.
Imagine how that must be.
To be surrounded by all this water.
In this deep lake.
In this deep magical forest.
And from envisioning being the drop in the lake.
Come back to feeling into how it must be to be this deep lake.
In this magical forest.
What kind of life must that be to be a deep lake in a deep magical forest?
How does that feel?
And maybe while you're there experiencing yourself as a deep lake in this deep magical forest.
Maybe something is happening now.
What is it?
What might happen right now for you being this deep lake in this deep magical forest?
Anything is possible.
And you're absolutely safe and loved.
Fully allow yourself to experience this experience right now.
And while you're experiencing being a deep lake in a deep magical forest.
Slowly coming back to you being in this deep lake.
Laying on the surface.
Maybe swimming or diving.
Feeling into yourself.
How you are experiencing this deep lake in this magical forest.
Interacting with it.
And just spend a few more moments here.
Connecting with the lake as yourself.
Stop enjoying being in your body in this lake.
In the deep magical forest.
And then slowly,
Whenever you're ready.
Maybe you want to swim back to the shore or walk on the water.
Like dive,
Jump or dance.
And slowly getting out of the water.
Maybe finding a beautiful tree where you can lean on.
And sit there or lay there.
Once you're out of the water.
Really just enjoying a little moment at the lake.
Now being out of the water.
Laying there.
And maybe lean into a tree.
And just feel into your body.
And then just slowly bringing your attention fully to your body.
Back from the lake.
Back from the magical forest.
Into the here and now.
Laying.
Comfortably.
Following my voice on this journey.
Feel back into your body.
Feel into your eyes.
Your shoulders.
Your upper body.
Your hips.
And your.

.
Just slowly bringing your awareness back to the breath.
Feeling into your body.
Just taking your time to arrive back in this now.
Maybe you want to put a hand on your heart.
Feeling how it's beating.
Maybe you want to give yourself a hug.
Just feeling into your body.
Connecting with it.
Just arriving back bit by bit.
Deep and relaxed.
Just coming back from this journey.
Reflecting on the experiences you had.
Connecting with and being this deep lake and this deep magical forest.
And now when you're ready you can open your eyes.

And becoming aware of your surroundings.
