As we begin to wrap up the final week of our 90 days in the Aligned Action Alchemy container,

We are seeking to embrace an even deeper exploration of integration,

Uniting our body,

Our mind and our spirit.

And so I encourage you to find a comfortable position,

Sitting or lying down and gently close your eyes.

We're going to do a little bit of a journey,

Integrating the lessons that we have learned over the last few weeks into our lives in deeper and more meaningful ways.

So take a deep and intentional breath in,

Inhaling slowly and filling your lungs with this beautiful,

Fresh air and then exhale gently,

Releasing any tension and again,

Bring a nice deep breath into your body,

Into your belly,

Into the chest and then surrender that breath,

Exhaling once more,

Putting the day down,

Releasing any thoughts of the outside world.

And one more time,

A nice deep breath in and on the release,

Just coming home to your body,

To your mind,

To your spirit.

And now I'd like you to take a moment to focus on your body,

Feeling the support beneath you,

The air caressing your skin and acknowledge any physical changes or strengths that you have developed over our time together.

The intention here is really to wake up the body,

Breathing deeply into every cell,

Every muscle,

Inviting in a deep sense of integration of these physical transformations.

This could be strength in your body as a result of committing to your exercise.

This might be a shift in your vibration,

Having spent so much time cultivating a more positive mindset,

Continuing to breathe deeply into each cell,

Sensing this shift,

Allowing this shift to not only be present in your awareness,

But also allowing it to seep into all pieces of your being.

Now slowly shifting your awareness to your mind,

Recalling the insights and the mental shifts,

Perhaps the clarity that you have gained during this time.

With each breath,

I want you to imagine these insights weaving into your thoughts,

Infusing this deeper level of awareness,

Consciousness,

Confidence into all parts of your brain,

Body and spirit,

Which then brings us to gently turning our attention to our spirit,

The essence of who you are,

Tapping into the inner strength you have cultivated,

Tuning into your values in the core of who you are.

Breathing in the spiritual growth that you have achieved,

Allowing it to resonate within your soul.

Breathing in again,

Allowing this deepened awareness to integrate into your body and your mind as well.

Now envision this beautiful trifecta of body,

Mind and spirit coming together in this beautiful and harmonious way,

Each element being equally as vital and contributing to the essence of your being.

This elevation in each of these aspects is a real testament to the journey that you've undertaken.

Now we're going to go a little deeper into this integration,

Imagining a golden light surrounding you,

Symbolizing this harmonious union of this journey between body,

Mind and spirit.

I want you to feel this light infusing every aspect of your being,

Strengthening these bonds between body,

Mind and spirit.

With each breath,

This golden light becomes stronger and more vibrant,

Radiating even further out from you.

This harmonious union feels even more deeply integrated into your being.

In this light,

I would like you to revisit some of the key moments of your journey,

Recalling the challenges that you've overcome,

The joy that you've felt,

The peace that you've found.

With each memory,

Let the integration continue to deepen,

Really embedding these experiences into the essence of your being,

Locking in these beautiful lessons,

This deeper awareness,

This deeper consciousness.

And now offer yourself these beautiful words of affirmation.

I am integrated.

I am whole.

I am elevated.

I'm expanding every day.

And then slowly begin to bring your awareness back to the present,

Feeling the air on your skin,

Taking note of the sounds around you,

Begin to move your body.

When you're ready,

You may gently open your eyes.

I'm hearing this beautiful,

Harmonious feeling of this journey out into the world with you today.

Thank you for allowing me to guide you in this practice.

You move forward with a sense of complete unity and peace and strength.
