In today's meditation,
I would like for you to think about something that you are grateful for and give thanks to it.
Every time we inhale,
We will think of something that we are grateful for.
And when we exhale,
We will give thanks.
So let's get started.

If you have trouble thinking of something,
Look around the room that you are in.
Where are you?
Do you have a roof over your head?
Do you have electricity?
Are you wearing clothes?
Are you sitting on a chair?
Someone made everything in your room.
You can be grateful for the person that made that.
You can be grateful for electricity.
For the air that you breathe.
For the water that you drink.
For the clothes that you wear.
For the roof over your head.
You can always find something to be grateful for.
Continue this meditation for five minutes.
