I want to talk a little bit about how important it is to have the right morning routine.
There are several benefits when you create a morning routine that is powerful.
So you will increase your productivity,
You will reduce your stress levels,
It's also going to ground you,
It's going to help you start your day right on the right foot and it will help you to control the day rather than the day controlling you.
This is why it's so important that you have a powerful morning routine.
So what exactly is a powerful morning routine?
A powerful morning routine really depends on you but the point of it is that it's something for self-development.
So you should have a routine which involves some form of self-development as well as maybe some physical activity.
If you're able to get yourself to do a workout in the morning,
Then that's great.
I know for myself,
If I don't do my workout in the morning,
The chances that I will do it later in the day are very,
Very,
Very,
Very,
Very tiny.
I always come up with an excuse to not do it.
So I have to do it in the morning if I plan to do a workout at all.
But I know that's not possible for everyone and maybe you're just not a morning person and you don't want to work out in the morning.
So that's fine but you could do other things.
My morning routine consists of the following.
I wake up in the morning,
Usually at like 5 o'clock,
Maybe 6,
It depends on what time my son wakes up and I get him to finish with his breakfast,
You know,
His chocolate milk,
Everything that he likes.
And then I sit down with my coffee and I work on my gratitude journal and my abundance journal and my affirmations.
This is what I do every single morning.
This is what gets me going for the day.
It helps me to be positive.
It helps me to feel confident.
It helps me to be in a good mood.
And I've noticed that if I ever have a day that I skip these little morning routines and I don't do one of these that I just mentioned,
I will be either moody that day or I'll be a little bit negative that day or just not as happy,
Just not in the right mindset.
So it really makes a huge difference when you do these self-development morning routines.
It makes a very big difference.
And then I do a workout.
If I do a workout,
It's a little bit like late morning after breakfast.
But you have to find what is right for you.
So you have to find the right morning routine for you.
One of the things that I really love about the gratitude journal is that it helps me to remember everything that I am thankful for in my life.
And you can easily write down 100 things that you are grateful for.
You know,
For example,
I am grateful that God let me live one more day.
Let me wake up one more day.
I am grateful that I am healthy.
I am grateful that I am alive.
I am grateful that I have a roof over my head or it can even be something like I am grateful that my best friend called me yesterday and helped me feel better on the phone about whatever issue you're having.
Or it could be even I'm grateful my boyfriend cooked dinner tonight.
You know,
It could be so many different things.
There is so much that you can be grateful for and it's easy to forget because we get so wrapped up in our daily lives,
Right?
And we're just busy from morning to night doing our thing with our families,
With our kids or working or whatever it is that we are doing.
We're so busy and we tend to forget how grateful we should be.
We have so much to be grateful for.
So many wonderful blessings.
Even when things are falling apart around you,
I bet you could still find quite a few things to be grateful for.
So this is why the gratitude journal is so important.
And I know if I don't do my gratitude journal in my morning routine,
Then I do tend to think with more of a negative mind throughout the day.
So that's very important.
It's very,
Very important for a positive mindset,
Doing a gratitude journal.
The thing which I love about the affirmations,
Which I do every morning and I wrote my own affirmations.
So you can write your own affirmations too,
Or just take some from somewhere.
The great thing about affirmations is that it gives you the confidence that you need for the day.
When I say my affirmations out loud,
I feel confident.
I believe in myself.
I believe in my ability to accomplish my goals.
Specifically any goals that I have that day as well,
Not just in general,
But whatever goals I set for my days too,
Those individual days that I'm working on my journal.
So it helps you with that.
And I know that if I don't do my affirmations,
I tend to not believe in myself 100% throughout the day.
I have my moments where I go down a little bit.
This is normal.
We're human.
We are human.
We can't always be up and we can't always be 100% positive.
And we can't always be in the right mindset 100% of the time.
Otherwise you wouldn't be human.
So this is just,
This is the way it is,
How we are as humans.
This is natural.
But what is very important is that it's up to us to get out of that and to jump back into this positive mindset,
Because that's what keeps us on the right path.
And that's what helps us to achieve our goals.
So it's very important that you don't stay in the negative mindset.
You will feel it because you are human,
But don't stay there.
Get yourself back up.
And this is where the powerful morning routine makes a huge difference in your life.
Affirmations will build confidence,
Help you to believe in yourself.
A gratitude journal will help you to remain humble and grateful.
And then I love also working on my journal for abundance,
Where I write affirmations for abundance in my life.
And I write it as if it has already happened or it's happening right now.
These abundance affirmations or thoughts.
I even use visualization techniques.
That's very powerful too.
It's a very powerful tool,
Visualization with your abundance affirmations.
So that helps you to work towards your goal.
That helps you to stay on the right path and keep on going no matter what.
Very important to do that.
So using these tools,
The abundance journal,
The affirmations,
The gratitude journal,
Visualization,
Meditation.
I also do that,
Not daily,
But I do do it a few times a week.
And also exercising.
These are the tools which make for a powerful morning routine.
If you do this daily,
You will see better results in your personal life and in your business as well.
Just try it.
Try it.
Tell yourself you're going to try it for 30 days.
30 days of a powerful morning routine started in your life and you will see better results,
More positive mindset,
Better results,
Better personal growth starting tomorrow.
