Namaste and welcome to your Higher Light Harmonization Guided Meditation for the Throat Chakra. Begin to take a few deep breaths slowly through the nose and exhale through the mouth. Visualize a sky blue orb floating to the center of your throat space, Clearing out all of the blockages preventing you from speaking your truth. With each deep breath, You release into the universe everything that you have wanted to say and felt resistance to share, Trusting that the love you have to share is ready to be received. As you breathe even deeper, The orb gets brighter and bigger, And new energies come in, With very clear thoughts and sentiments for you to express when you feel ready. As the color gets brighter and the Throat Chakra gets clearer, You begin to let go of all of the blockages that you have felt resistance to share. As your frequency now flows with ease through the space, You begin to feel the energy of the Throat Chakra and the energy of the Throat Chakra flowing through your body and mind. As your frequency now flows with ease through the space, Going forward you will know exactly when you are to share and when you are to listen.
