Namaste and welcome to your higher light harmonization guided meditation for the sacral chakra. Begin to take a few slow deep breaths in through the nose and exhale through the mouth. As you are breathing, Focus your intention to the sacral chakra. This chakra is based right below the navel. Allow for the energy that you are breathing in to activate the sacral center. A space of creativity, Of sexuality, Of sacredness, Connected to the womb space, Regardless of gender. And as you breathe into the space, A beautiful orange aura appears. And with it, All of the emotions, All of the sensations that are no longer serving you, Come to the surface, To be released. Breathe through any discomfort, Knowing this is temporary. And as you witness these energies, Emotions, And sensations releasing, Notice how the orange aura gets brighter, And a new energy takes its place. You are igniting your creative energy. And your sexual prowess. A space where you honor your boundaries, And create expanding your boundaries. And as you breathe this energy deeper and deeper, And the aura gets brighter and brighter, You receive downloads and breakthroughs, Inspiring you to take action.
