Namaste and welcome to your higher light harmonization guided meditation for the heart chakra. Begin by taking a few slow deep breaths in through the nose and exhale through the mouth. With each breath focus your intention to the center of your chest right at the heart chakra glowing a vibrant green. With each heartbeat the pulse of love vibrates through you and shake off any fear or doubt of your worthiness of love. Allow for any emotions or sensations stored in the heart chakra that block you from love to surface and be released. Within the next few breaths you will release all that no longer serves you releasing any mean comments any negative self-talk releasing the heartbreak the shame until the heart chakra is clear of all of those thoughts emotions and sensations. With each following breath the green aura gets brighter and a new energy of unconditional love seeps into the heart chakra as your heart chakra expands in this higher frequency as your heart chakra expands in this higher frequency positive thoughts of self-love compassion empathy and grace download into your heart chakra truth and you solidify your new beliefs around you and love and your worthiness of love with another slow deep breath you fully harmonize the heart chakra until it vibrates at the highest frequency of unconditional love and is glowing bright green as you go about your day you will feel this love and know all is well namaste
