The rhythm of your inhale and your exhale.
With each breath,
Allow yourself to arrive here fully.
Bring your awareness to the center of your chest,
The space around your heart.
Imagine this area softening,
Expanding gently with each inhale and contracting slightly with each exhale.
Feel the natural rhythm of your breath within your chest.
Stay connected here with curiosity,
Compassion and presence.
Notice the warmth,
The subtle sensations that are part of being alive.
Know that there is nothing for you to fix,
Nothing to change in this moment.
Simply be yourself,
Fully and exactly as you are today.
Let each in-breath bring openness,
And each exhale release anything that blocks you from remaining open today.
Gifting yourself a few moments to stay with breath,
Opening on your in-breath and releasing on your exhale.
I invite you to picture a soft luminous light glowing at the center of your chest.
With each inhale,
See expanding,
Filling your chest with warmth and radiance.
With each exhale,
Allow the light to spread outward,
Towards your shoulders,
Arms,
Hands,
Fingers,
All the way down through your torso,
Your legs,
Feet and toes.
Every inch of your being is filled with light.
Let this light linger.
Feel the light as a gentle warmth,
A soft presence that surrounds you,
Supports you.
And noting that it is entirely from within.
Notice with curiosity and kindness how the light moves through your body as you breathe.
As you stay in the light,
Notice if there are any feelings that arise in your heart.
Perhaps you notice a sense of peace,
Joy,
Calm,
Love.
Or maybe you stay in awareness of the heart,
And that is enough.
Whatever emerges,
Notice it without judgment.
Let your heart feel whatever is coming up for you.
Imagine this feeling expanding beyond your body,
Radiating out into the space around you,
Touching the world softly.
Knowing that you are connected to yourself,
To this moment,
To the gentle rhythm of life.
Breathe into this connection.
