Explore MeditationVal lives in Montana with her family where they spend most of their time outside. Val completed her 300 hour yoga teacher training with Matt Giordano with an emphasis on Chromatic Yoga. Her 200 hour yoga teacher certification is through Yoga Motion under the guidance of Nancy Ruby and Martha Piersma. Val has taught over 1,000 hours of yoga and is an E-RYT 200 through Yoga Alliance. In 2017, she completed 85 hours of advanced training in prenatal yoga with Yo Mama, inspired by teachers Kirsten Warner and Katie Wise and is a RPYT. Val is also a Certified Coach of Yoga Mindset Coaching through the Sangha Yoga Institute.
