Begin to soften your body,

Begin to close your eyes.

Allow yourself to take these next minutes just for you.

Allow yourself to find your natural breath,

Your natural rhythm,

Your natural wave.

Breathing in,

Breathing out.

Breathing in,

Breathing out.

Transport yourself into a brilliant forest,

High up in a mountain where the treetops touch the sky and everything is lush and green and the fauna and foliage is wild and free.

Smell the freshness of the trees and the leaves,

Hear the birds singing.

Breathing in and breathing out.

And as you look to the left,

There's a crystal clear,

Crisp,

Flowing perfectly waterfall,

A brilliant waterfall,

Clear,

Fresh.

Allow yourself to step closer to the waterfall,

Close enough that you feel the splashes,

The coolness on your cheek,

And that the steam of the waterfall is surrounding you.

Breathing in and breathing out.

I want you to slowly and with trust and knowingness,

I want you to allow yourself to transform into the waterfall.

Allow yourself to become the cascading water,

Flowing freely,

Abundantly,

And with balance and harmony.

You become the waterfall.

Now flowing as one with the waterfall,

You are shedding,

You are letting go,

You are healing,

You are allowing the water to be one with you,

To refresh your soul,

Your mind,

Your emotions,

And your being.

Breathing in and breathing out.

You are liberated from your emotions.

You are liberated from your fears and worries.

You are liberated from stress.

You are liberated in your mind.

You are flowing harmoniously.

You are cascading.

You are glistening.

Breathing in and breathing out.

As you honor your waterfall,

Gently and slowly begin to come back into the room,

Back into your body.

Softly begin to wiggle your toes and fingers,

Allowing your senses to softly come back.

Breathing in and breathing out.

You are flowing.

You are free.

You are cleansed.

You are balanced.

You are purified.
