Start with settling yourself into a comfortable position,
Allowing your body to relax and feel supported.
You can close your eyes gently or keep a soft,
Unfocused gaze.
While you're taking a moment to settle in,
Body connecting with the surface beneath you.
Take a slow,
Deep breath in and as you exhale,
Feel your body release any tension.
Now,
Bring your attention to your breath.
Notice its natural rhythm.
Feel the air as it enters and leaves your body.
There is no need to change anything.
Just simply observe.
Let your breath be soft and steady.
You For the next few minutes,
We'll focus on cultivating a feeling of happiness.
Happiness isn't just about big,
Exciting events.
It's also about finding joy in the small moments of everyday life.
Begin by bringing to mind a moment that made you genuinely happy.
It could be a recent memory,
Like laughing with a friend,
Seeing a beautiful sunset,
Or enjoying a delicious cup of coffee.
Or it could be a memory from childhood that still makes you smile.
As you recall this memory,
Try to relive the feeling.
What did you see?
What did you hear?
What did you feel in your body?
Allow that sense of joy and contentment to fill you up notice where you feel that warmth or lightness in your body Now imagine that feeling of happiness is a soft,
Warm light in your heart.
With each inhale,
Imagine this light growing brighter and more vibrant.
With each exhale,
Let it radiate outwards,
Filling your entire body with joy.
Feel a deep sense of contentment and well-being.
Your mind might wander and that's okay.
When you notice your thoughts drifting,
Gently acknowledge them and then,
Without judgment,
Guide your attention back to the light of happiness in your heart and the feeling of joy.
For these final moments,
Just rest in the feeling of being happy.
Allow yourself to feel full and abundant with this beautiful emotion.
