This is your time,
Your ten minutes to wake up your energy,
Come home to your body,
And begin your day feeling clear,
Alive,
And ready.
Find a comfortable position,
Either sitting upright or lying down.
Allow your eyes to gently close.
Take a slow,
Easy breath in through your nose and let it go through your mouth.
And again,
Breathe in and release.
Let's begin by connecting with the energy already moving through your body.
Place both hands over your heart.
Feel the warmth there.
Feel your heartbeat if you can.
Your body has been working for you all night.
Let's honor that for just a moment now.
Let's take one more focused,
Deep breath in and out.
Now,
Bring your attention to the top of your head.
Imagine a warm,
Golden light resting just above your crown,
Like the first rays of morning sun.
With each inhale,
Allow that light to soften and settle into your scalp.
With each exhale,
Let any heaviness from sleep release and dissolve.
Breathe in that golden warmth and breathe out any fog,
Any grogginess,
Any residue from yesterday.
Now,
Let that light begin to flow slowly down through your head,
Through your face,
Softening your jaw,
Your eyes,
Your forehead.
There's no tension here.
Just warmth.
Just light.
Allow it to move into your neck and shoulders.
Feel your shoulders drop just slightly.
Let them be heavy.
Let them be held.
You don't have to carry anything right now.
Breathe in and out.
Now,
We're going to gently wake up the energy moving through your arms.
Starting at your shoulders,
Take the opposite hand with light pressure.
Tap down the inside of your arm from shoulder to wrist.
Then flip your arm over and tap back up the inside from wrist to shoulder.
Let's do this on both arms.
Take your time.
As you're doing this,
You may notice a tingling,
A warmth,
Or even a gentle buzzing in your arms.
That's your energy responding.
That's your body waking up.
Now,
Bring both hands to your chest,
Fingertips resting just below your collarbone on either side.
You may notice two soft spots there,
Areas that feel slightly tender.
This is normal.
Tap gently on these spots rhythmically,
Like a soft drumbeat.
Breathe as you tap.
Breathe in and tap.
Breathe out and tap.
This is your body's on switch.
With every tap,
You are telling your energy system,
Wake up.
Come alive.
I'm ready.
Now,
Let your hands rest in your lap or at your sides.
We are going to move energy through your whole body with just your breath.
Inhale deeply.
Imagine that golden morning light flooding in through the crown of your head,
Flowing down through your chest,
Your belly,
Your hips,
Your legs.
All the way to the soles of your feet.
And as you exhale,
Imagine any stagnant energy,
Any leftover stress or worry,
Flowing out through your feet and into the earth below you.
The earth can hold it.
You don't have to.
Breathe in the new and release the old.
Now,
Let's do that one more time,
Even deeper.
Inhale.
Draw that light all the way in from crown to feet.
Feel it lighting you up from the inside.
And exhale.
Let it all go down into the ground.
A full,
Complete release.
Now,
Gently cross your arms over your chest like you're giving yourself a hug.
Right hand on your left shoulder.
Left hand on your right shoulder.
Hold yourself here for a moment.
This is your centering.
This is you in your body,
Present,
Awake,
And ready for the day ahead.
Take a full breath in this position.
And let it out slowly.
You can begin to slowly deepen your breath.
Wiggle your fingers and toes.
Allow your eyes to gently blink open when you're ready.
You've just given your energy system a full morning activation.
Carry this feeling with you as you move through your day.
This aliveness,
This warmth,
This sense that you are resourced and ready.
