Welcome Mama to the Daily Somatic Meditation.

This meditation is designed to bring awareness to your body,

So you can move throughout your day knowing exactly what you need.

When you listen deeply,

Your world begins to shift,

And you move with ease and joy.

So sit comfortably and tune in.

Begin to deepen your breath,

Soften your jaw,

And soften your belly.

Let the weight on your shoulders go with a sigh.

Allow your breath to be felt in all parts of you,

And begin to notice what's present in your body.

Place a hand on your womb space and on your heart,

Bringing loving awareness.

Saying,

I am here.

Feel into your body with no expectations.

All you need is awareness.

What does it feel like to give your body full attention?

Now allow your body to guide you with any movements or sounds.

No room for thought or judgment,

Just flow and release.

Slowly bring your movements or sounds to a close,

And whatever your body needs to release,

Let it go on your next exhale.

Return your awareness to your breath and on your body,

And ask your body these questions.

What does she need?

What does she wish to communicate with you?

What is she holding emotionally and physically?

What does she desire?

How can you connect with her throughout your day?

Allow yourself these precious moments to really listen and hold complete presence.

And if there's no clear answer,

That's okay.

Sometimes our bodies can speak to us in visuals or feelings and sensations,

Or sometimes not at all.

But each presence allows us to connect deeper and become more open to our needs.

Finally,

Set intention for your day.

With one more breath,

Send love to your body and spirit for all of the work you're doing and the way you're showing up for yourself today.

Now walk into your day with a centered and activated energy.

You've got this.
