This meditation explores love from an energetic perspective through your primary chakras,
The energy centers that provide balance and connect us to our energetic field.
We shall connect to each one for a deeper understanding of how it relates to the love within us.
Questions will be asked,
So feel free to journal as answers reveal themselves.
Let us begin.
Take a deep breath and exhale slowly.
Allow your body to relax and drop your focus into your heart.
Breathe deeply into that heart space and softly exhale to release all tension.
Continue breathing naturally,
Gently and softly.
We begin with energy center one,
The root chakra.
Focus on the base of your spine.
Imagine a ruby red sphere of light spinning and pulsing softly.
This is where you are rooted in love.
Imagine yourself rooted,
Feet set firmly on the ground.
When we stand in love,
There is stability,
Strength and connection to community,
To the earth,
To nature,
To the energetic grid that connects us all.
See yourself standing there and imagine roots traveling down from the bottom of your feet to the center of the earth to connect to the heart of Gaia.
Feel the love that she sends back to you.
We are all connected in love and when we are,
We are stronger for it,
Stable and rooted.
Ask yourself,
Where do I stand within this energy?
How do I add love to the place where I feel most connected in my life?
Focus on any thoughts,
Feelings and sensations this brings up for you.
Now focus on your root chakra and say,
I am rooted in love.
I am safe and secure to love and be loved.
Now we move up to energy center two,
The sacral chakra.
Focus on the space in the center of your pelvis below the belly button.
Imagine an orange sphere of light spinning and pulsing softly.
The sacral chakra is the place of passion,
Devotion,
Birth and creativity.
It is where love creates,
Where we create the sense of physical,
Tangible love.
It is the birthplace of love.
If you are a woman,
You can birth love in a very literal way.
Imagine a baby being born.
As the child is birthed into being,
See and feel how it is loved and learns to love.
Watch this love expand and grow and flow back to you,
Then back out into the world where it creates ripples of energy that connect to all that is.
Ask yourself,
How am I creating love in my life?
What am I creating through love?
Focus on any thoughts,
Feelings and sensations this brings up for you.
Now focus on your sacral chakra and say,
I am ready to birth love in ways that are perfect for me in this now moment.
Now we move up to energy center three,
The solar plexus chakra.
Focus on the space between your diaphragm and your navel.
Imagine a golden sphere of light spinning and pulsing softly.
Within the solar plexus we find instinct,
Strength and action.
This is where we discover our ability to act in love,
To find love.
We are inspired to do the inner work and feel compelled to uncover the love that resides within us.
Energy center three is the knowing that there is much more than physical love.
Begin to sense an awakening and an innate need to find divine love,
To know that it exists and to have the strength to step forward on the path and start the search.
To begin that search,
We must look within.
Ask yourself,
Where do I find this love within me?
How do I manifest it?
What do I need to know?
Focus on any thoughts,
Feelings and sensations this brings up for you.
Now focus on your solar plexus and say,
I am awakening.
I know what I need to move forward on my path with strength and courage.
Now we move up to energy center four,
The heart chakra.
Focus on your heart space.
Imagine an emerald green sphere of light spinning and pulsing softly.
The heart chakra is where love lives.
It is where you find the divine spark within.
It is your heart light,
Your God light,
The creator within the definition of who you are.
Energy center four is the seat of the soul.
Look deeply into your heart and see how bright it is.
Imagine that light wrapping around you like a warm hug.
Love it as it loves you.
When you shine that light in beauty,
Forgiveness,
Compassion and kindness for others,
But most of all for yourself,
Everything else flows from there.
Fear and judgment begin to melt away,
So there is only love.
Right there in the beautiful and divine crystal cave of your heart.
Ask yourself,
What do I love most about myself?
What do I need to find forgiveness?
Focus on any thoughts,
Feelings and sensations this brings up for you.
Now focus on your heart chakra and say,
I am compassion.
I release all fear and judgment so that only love exists.
Now move up to energy center five,
The throat chakra.
Focus on your throat.
Imagine a pale blue sphere of light spinning and pulsing softly.
The throat chakra is about expressing and speaking your truth.
It helps you speak from a place of compassion.
It allows the love within you to be expressed out into the world.
Expressing love can be easier said than done.
We often have trouble speaking our truth for fear of being judged.
For fear that we don't deserve love.
But all of us deserve love.
All of us.
So speak your love.
Shout it to the mountaintops.
Whisper it in the smallest crevices where darkness may be hiding.
Allow your truth to be heard.
Ask yourself,
What is my truth?
How can I best express my love?
Focus on any thoughts,
Feelings and sensations this brings up for you.
Now focus on your throat chakra and say,
I am free to express love.
I am deserving of love.
We now move up to the energy center six,
The third eye chakra.
Focus on the space between your eyebrows.
Imagine an indigo blue sphere spinning and pulsing softly.
The third eye chakra is your inner wisdom and the knowing that we are divine love.
And that we are loved by source unconditionally.
As our third eye opens,
We begin to see this love within us.
It is where we truly begin to see it,
Know it and awaken to it.
You may even begin to see the angels and guides that surround you.
The energies of love and light.
Visualize these beings with you now.
Ask them to draw closer and surround you with their energy.
What do you see and feel?
This is your spiritual team.
They are aspects of love,
Aspects of you,
Aspects of source.
They truly are love.
At this time,
You can ask your divine team a question.
Form it in your mind and ask it now.
Listen quietly for an answer.
And trust the first thing you see,
Hear,
Feel or know.
Now focus on your third eye and say,
I am knowing and wise.
I am ready to experience the miracle of divine love.
And finally we move up to the energy center seven,
The crown chakra.
Focus on the top of your head.
Imagine a violet sphere of light spinning and pulsing softly.
The crown chakra is the pure connection to source,
To God,
To creator,
To love.
It is a pure conduit of light that flows from your soul light straight to your divine heart.
Filling you with love and a sense of home and peace and joy.
Energy center seven is the portal to love.
It is the essence of all that you are.
That is the goal of ascension.
To travel right through the portal of love,
Straight up to source and into the arms of your divinity.
Your knowing,
The piece of you that is eternal and universal.
The piece of you that is love.
It is the place that the universe wants us to be.
Ask yourself,
What wisdom does love wish to teach me now?
Focus on any thoughts,
Feelings and sensations this brings up for you.
Now focus on your crown chakra and say,
I am a conduit of divine love.
Now imagine a pillar of light and love flowing down from source to the top of your head.
Filling your crown chakra.
From there it connects to six,
Your third eye.
Then to five,
Your throat chakra.
Then to four,
Your heart chakra.
Then to three,
Your solar plexus.
Then to two,
Your sacral chakra.
Then to one,
Your root chakra.
Now see this light connecting to the earth and flowing out to humanity.
From there it sweeps back up to source like an eternal cycle of love and light.
And as you sit in this energy,
Focus once again on your crown chakra and say,
I am divine love.
I am.
