Hello and welcome,

Beloved,

To this elemental healing guided meditation with light language.

In this meditation,

We will be connecting with the element of Earth.

I invite you at this time to get yourself into a comfortable position to receive this gentle healing and supportive meditation practice.

If you choose to sit up for this meditation,

Just ensure that you feel comfortable,

Relaxed,

And have zero distractions so that you can receive and go deep into this guided meditation and journey today.

I invite you to close your eyes.

The signal to the body that we are moving into a relaxed state of awareness,

You may want to place your hand on your heart to connect inward,

To bring your awareness into the body,

Taking a deep breath into the heart space and letting go,

Feeling the shoulders drop away from the ears and focusing on your heart,

Feeling the gentle rhythm of your heartbeat,

Feeling that beautiful pulse of life that is within you,

Allowing that gentle heartbeat to support you in connecting deeper with the body system and all that you are.

And in this moment,

Giving yourself permission to release and let go of anything that you're holding on to,

Anything that you have brought with you into this meditation practice today that is not serving you in this moment,

I invite you to let it go,

Release it,

Surrender it.

As you truly open to receive for your highest today,

As we ask the mind to let go of all expectations and all attachments to outcomes,

In this moment we can truly surrender to this experience,

Surrendering the will of the ego personality to the will of the God Self,

The higher self.

Continuing to breathe gently into the body and with every breath feeling that breath of life filling up your lungs,

Filling up all the way to your toes,

Feeling the beautiful connection that you have with the breath and the body,

And the body,

The life force that connects all things.

Today we call upon the consciousness of the body,

The earth body and the consciousness of the planetary earth body to support us in this gentle guided healing meditation today.

Beloved body,

Beloved earth body and earth mother,

Today we wish to truly connect with you to support ourselves in receiving the healing that is most aligned for me at this time.

As I truly open to receive for you,

And I connect deep within my body,

I ground deep within my body to allow for this healing to occur,

Seeing your highest self now dropping a beautiful diamond,

Etheric,

Rainbow crystalline grounding cord,

And seeing that come down your spine,

Past your tailbone,

Grounding deeply into the earth,

And allowing this grounding cord to support you in feeling fully in your body,

Fully here,

Fully now,

Fully present,

As we call back all of your energy,

Life force,

Chi,

Plasma,

Bioplasma,

And essence,

Cleansed,

Cleared,

Purified in God's light to this moment now,

Calling it back to the body.

As we feel all of that returning back to rightful owner now,

Which is yourself,

Beloved,

And at this time,

Beloved,

Invite you to visualize yourself standing barefoot in the earth,

Feeling your feet touching the ground,

And imagining what that texture feels like under your toes,

Maybe it feels soft and cool,

Or maybe it feels warm and squishy,

Allowing your body to tune into the sensation of the earth,

Under your feet,

And feeling that deep resonance to the earth,

Feeling how it supports you and holds you,

Feeling that safety and stability of the earth beneath your feet,

Feeling how beautiful it feels to just be present with the earth,

It feels to just be present with the earth,

To release the thoughts,

The mind,

And tune into the sensation,

The feeling,

The texture,

The smell,

The experience,

Opening your senses within the body to truly tune in and feel all that is around you,

Feeling and sensing the breeze on your skin,

On your skin,

Maybe the warmth of the sun shining down upon you,

Feeling the smile within your heart,

And you know that you are about to embark on a beautiful,

Connective journey with the earth,

And as you feel ready now to step forward with your feet fully grounded and planted in the earth,

Begin to see a path appear in front of you,

Appear in front of you,

This is your unique path that your soul has created for you,

Pay attention to what you feel and sense around you,

And feel into the elements that are present,

Maybe you're sensing trees or water,

Allow yourself to truly immerse into this experience,

Knowing that all is perfect,

Now begin to walk down this path and see where it takes you,

Knowing that you do not need to control this experience,

But you simply can surrender and open to receive it,

Along this path there is many different rock formations,

That are reminding you of the sturdiness and groundedness of the earth,

And maybe you would like to connect with these rocks,

The minerals,

Maybe you see some larger rocks,

Feel into the consciousness of the rocks,

And how strong and sturdy they are,

And allow them to provide that sense of strength along your journey,

That you too can be strong and sturdy,

Like the rocks,

Feeling into the stillness,

If you stop and place your hand on one of the rocks,

Maybe it's a a big megalithic rock,

And you place your forehead to this rock,

And close your eyes and feel into the ancientness of this rock,

How this rock has been here since the creation of this planet,

It has seen it all,

Allowing this rock and the wisdom that the rock people hold,

To support you,

What are the messages that you are receiving from the rock people,

From the rock kingdom,

For some of you there may be a crystal cavern that is beckoning you towards it,

That is beckoning you towards it,

Filled with all kinds of rock formations and crystals,

And if that is you,

I invite you to walk towards this crystal cavern,

And to go inside and connect with the minerals and rocks and crystals within,

What colors do you see?

Maybe a certain crystal calls out to you to support you,

With further connecting with your earth body,

With further connecting with your earth body,

Pay attention to the colors,

Feelings and sensations that you are receiving from this crystal cave,

As these rock crystals are part of the earth kingdom,

And they are excited to support you today,

To support your earth body,

In grounding and feeling connected to the earth,

To feel the oneness of your body with the earth body,

Of your body with the earth body,

Feeling how the external crystals that you see,

Are also like the crystals within you,

Is everything that you see in the earth,

All of the minerals,

All of the formations of rocks,

All of the atoms and molecules that you experience on this earth,

Are also within you beloved,

So when you connect with them externally,

You can also connect with them internally,

They are reminding you that all is one,

And one is all,

And one is all,

And crystals are inviting you to pick one up,

That you see that is loose within the cave,

And hold that crystal to your heart,

And ask to receive its medicine,

Beloved crystal,

Thank you so much for coming forward today,

To support me with connecting deeper into my earth body,

I open my heart to receive your wisdom,

Your guidance,

And your love,

As I open my heart to share my love with you,

And I'm open to receiving all that you would like to share with me in this moment,

That would support me on my journey,

On my path,

Thank you beloved crystal,

And the crystal can feel your heart song,

And your vibrations,

As this is how you too can communicate,

It feels the vibrations of your voice,

And your sound,

And it connects with that frequency,

And receives you,

And there is an exchange of energy that occurs when we connect with the living consciousness of the earth,

The earth realm,

And the crystal returns that same frequency back to you,

So as you communicate with love,

That crystal reflects that love to you as well,

As you connect into gratitude,

That crystal amplifies and sends that gratitude back to you,

Back to you,

The crystal truly wants you to see that there is no separation in this moment,

That you truly are one with your crystal,

You truly are one with the earth,

And if we can remember ourselves and all things,

Then we can feel more connected,

And more grounded in our everyday life,

In our everyday life,

When you place your hand on a rock,

And you say this is me,

Then you immediately feel a sense of love,

And gratitude,

And admiration for it,

When you place your hand on a tree,

And you say this is me,

Then you can feel that it is you,

That it is God,

As God is in all things,

When you place your hand on the earth,

And you say this is me,

And you truly remember that you are the earth,

And the earth is you,

And that ignites your heart and your soul,

Because truly what we most want as human beings is to feel connected,

To feel a part of all things,

To feel a sense of belonging,

You belong to the earth just as much as the earth belongs to you,

As there is an equal exchange of energy,

An equal exchange of give and take,

As that equal exchange supports the all,

Supports the one,

As we ask for the beloved earth elementals to support us in remembering the loved one,

To support us in remembering how we are truly connected to all things great and small,

That there is no value difference given to a small rock versus a grand mountain,

As all is needed to be a part of the whole,

To make up the whole of creation.

When we can begin to see God in all things,

Including ourself and all people,

Then we experience God in each moment,

We experience oneness,

We experience love,

Joy,

Peace,

Abundance,

We begin to tap into the eternal energy that is the universe,

Abundance,

We begin to tap into the eternal energy that is one God source,

We begin to feel the grandness of creation,

And how truly special it is,

How truly loved it is,

How truly loved you are.

It is only in our mind that we feel separate,

That we feel disconnected,

That we feel lost,

Confused,

Or afraid,

But through our hearts we can feel and remember that it is our love that connects us to all that is around us.

It is our love that unifies our body and the earth body.

Our hearts,

When they open,

They expand the true frequency of God and that moves throughout you,

Like the light of the sun filling up every aspect of your body with light and love and life force.

So if you truly desire to be at peace in your body,

Then you must remember that the body is connected to all that is around you.

You must see and remember that the tree is you and you are the tree,

The earth is you and you are the earth,

The animals are you and you are the animals.

To release the separation that makes you believe that you are separate.

In this moment,

Feel the oneness,

Feel how interconnected the web of life is,

And witnessing the communication that occurs between the elemental kingdom.

The trees communicate with each other through the underground root system and the root system communicates with the mycelium network connected through the mushroom kingdom.

And how the mushroom kingdom communicate with all that is around the insects.

All knows that they are connected,

All of the trees,

All of the plants,

All of the earth,

All of the rocks,

All of the crystals,

Everything knows that it exists together as one.

It is the humans that have forgotten this connection,

That all is one.

Thank you beloved crystal guardians and elementals for sharing your wisdom with us today as we ask permission to take this crystal with us on our journey,

As you have formed such a deep connection with it already that you may want to bring it with you and see yourself walking it with you and see yourself walking out of the cave now and onto the path ahead.

Seeing through this new lens,

Which is really not a lens at all,

But simply the truth of source,

The truth that we are all one.

And seeing the trees through that lens,

Sending your love to the trees,

Sending your love to the animals,

The birds,

Sending your love to the grass,

The plants,

The river,

And sending gratitude for all that it provides,

For all of the nourishment that the earth kingdom provides you when you need that moment of reconnection,

Or that reminder that this is who and what you are,

When we can just immerse ourselves in nature and listen to the songs of the birds,

The swaying of the trees,

And the creaking sounds they make when they move,

Or the silence that is present when all is still,

All is still,

When the wind slows down,

We can feel that peace within us too.

The elemental kingdom wish to bring each one of you that reminder of peace,

Because when we are at peace,

Peace of mind,

Peace in our bodies,

Peace in our heart,

Then all is clear,

All is in that frequency of God.

Maybe there is a specific animal totem that is wanting to present itself to you on your journey,

And it walks up to you on this path as you open your heart to receive it,

And maybe this animal has a specific message for you.

Ask your animal,

What is it that you would like to share with me?

What is your medicine?

And trust whatever you receive.

Often these animals that present themselves to us,

Remind us when we are out of balance.

Sometimes we can polarize in our experience,

And we can sway so far one way,

So far one way,

That we begin to feel off track or out of alignment.

And these beautiful animals come to us to show us when we are holding the opposites,

Or when we are too out of alignment with that energy of peace.

Maybe we're working so hard to manifest,

And through that control,

It's blinding us from seeing that our focus is too narrow.

Maybe we need to widen our perspective,

And take a moment to pause and to let go,

And to let go,

So that we can receive more information to support us on what it is that we need to know.

Maybe we're too focused or fixated on one thing that we're missing out on so much.

Maybe we've developed tunnel vision,

And we have forgotten to let go and enjoy life,

And all it has to offer.

Like a horse with blinders on,

Sometimes we can only see one aspect of the situation,

Or one aspect of our life,

Or one aspect of ourselves.

But what if we let go of that,

And we just saw things from a much more zoomed out perspective?

Maybe we would see that there is so much more to life than that which we have put so much focus and attention on.

Maybe we have forgotten the beauty that is around us,

Because we have focused so much on what we don't have,

What we don't have,

Or what we want to achieve,

That we have robbed ourselves of the abundance and the beauty and all that is here.

We're so busy focusing on the storm that we didn't see the rainbow.

We thank our beautiful animal totem for bringing forward all of the wisdom and the medicine today,

As we say goodbye to our sacred animal totem.

Say goodbye to our sacred animal totem.

And we continue on our journey now,

And we notice that it is beginning to get dark.

The sun has begun to set,

So we find ourselves going towards a meadow filled with the most beautiful violet flowers,

And they smell so amazing.

We see a cozy patch of clover in the grass next to a riverbank,

And we decide to rest upon the earth now.

And to enjoy the sunset and the sound of the river,

Maybe the croaking of frogs in the distance.

And as we close our eyes and feel the earth pulsing at the rhythm of our heartbeats,

Feeling the synchronization of your heart with the heartbeat of mother,

We ask for mother earth to receive us now,

And all that we are.

Perfectly imperfect,

Perfectly human,

Perfectly here in this moment,

Open to receiving.

And as the sun rays begin to set,

We feel so much appreciation for this moment that we have taken to connect,

To feel our bodies pressed against the earth,

To feel the love that the earth is wrapping around us in this moment.

You may feel a gentle rocking in your body,

Almost like the earth is rocking you back and forth,

Rocking you like a mother would rock her baby,

Because that is exactly what you are to her,

Her beautiful child.

And just like a child,

You have grown up on this beautiful planet,

And the earth has watched you grow.

And now that you are all grown up,

You are so beautiful,

The earth tells you.

She is so proud of you for what you have become,

For how beautifully you shine your light on this earth.

And she sees you,

Beloved.

She sees all of her children,

And she knows that in your heart,

You love her too.

Because you chose to come here to be a part of it,

Part of her experience,

The love of this planet,

And to share that love with her.

There is a remembrance that is occurring here today,

How you chose each other.

The earth chose you,

And you chose the earth.

And for that,

She is forever grateful that you chose her to be your mother in this time.

The existence,

In this lifetime,

You chose her.

And she would like you to remember her,

To remember that you chose each other,

And that she would never abandon you,

And that her arms are always open to you,

To receive you.

She only asks that you open your heart to receive her too.

To see the love that is here for you,

To see all the gifts that have been provided for you,

To grow and to learn to become all that you are.

She sees all of her children as beautiful,

Brilliant seeds of creation.

And she has rejoiced in seeing that your unique soul has touched this earth in such a beautiful way,

That only you can.

And that there is no one else like you,

Beloved.

And that is why you are so special to the earth,

Because you are irreplaceable,

A unique fingerprint.

You make your mark in a way,

You leave your mark on this earth in a way that only you can.

And that brings the earth so much joy to watch you,

Witness you,

See you,

Your laugh brings her heart joy,

Your happiness delights her.

And when you're sad,

She weeps with you too.

For she feels you,

Just as you feel her.

And she invites you to make that connection with her today,

So that you can be more in tune with your earth body,

So that you can be in more tune with your senses,

Your awareness,

Your light,

So that you can receive the healing that is needed to support you on this earth walk.

And right now,

Each one of you is receiving a gentle,

Loving healing from Mother Earth.

She is so grateful that you chose to come here today to open to receive her.

The Earth Mother is so generous.

She loves to give and to provide all that is necessary for her children,

For all of us.

And it hurts her when she sees that we are suffering.

But like any mother,

She knows that we are here to learn and to make our own mistakes so that we can grow and become stronger.

She knows one day,

You'll remember.

You'll remember.

She says one day,

You become a parent yourself.

And when you have your own children,

You'll know how she feels.

How you want to protect them and care for them.

And you don't want to see them struggle or suffer.

And that is how she feels about us too.

And that she will always love you,

No matter what you do.

Because that is her sacred connection to you as her Earth Mother,

As your Earth Mother.

Now you may have noticed that the stars are out.

And it is the most beautiful,

Starry night.

And as we stare up at the stars,

We remember that we are connected to the stars as well.

Like a shooting star that landed upon the Earth,

That grew feet and walked.

And walked.

And one day,

We will return to the stars.

And we will smile down upon the Earth for all that it has taught us,

For all that we have learned.

And how much we've grown.

We thank the beloved Plant Kingdom,

Earth Kingdom,

And all of our elemental family who supported us here today.

As we know,

It is time to journey back,

To close out this meditation,

And to take with us all of the supporting,

Healing,

Frequency,

And energy that we have been able to bring to you today.

And all of the messages and love that we received today.

We say goodbye to the crystal cave,

And the big rock formations,

And megalithic stones.

We say goodbye to our animal guardians and Earth totems.

And the crystal would like to come with you,

As this crystal was specifically chosen just for you.
