Good morning.
And welcome to the MediEffect.
I'm ready.
And I'm really happy that you're here with me right now and that we get to spend this moment together.
You chose this meditation.
You press play.
So.
.
.
The hardest part is already done.
Trust that choosing this meditation,
Choosing this moment for yourself,
Was the right decision.
Let everything else wait just a little longer.
Allow yourself to arrive here.
Okay,
Let's find a position that feels comfortable.
You can either lie down,
Sit up straight or simply choose something else.
Whatever feels best for your body right now.
Even if being still just isn't what you need today,
That's completely fine too.
You can just let my voice accompany you while you go on about your day.
And ease into your morning.
However you choose to spend these next few minutes.
Let this practice meet you exactly where you are.
If you feel comfortable.
You can gently close your eyes.
Or lower your gaze.
And let's start together by taking a deep,
Slow breath in through your nose.
And release.
Let's do that again.
Breathe in all the way.
And exhale slowly through the mouth.
One more time,
Breathe in.
And as you breathe out,
Allow your shoulders to drop a little.
Let your jaw relax.
Soft in your hands,
Your fingertips.
And gently let your breath return to its natural rhythm.
There is nothing you need to accomplish in these next few minutes.
You don't need to prepare for the entire day just yet.
For now.
All you have to do is be here.
Now,
I want you to notice how you feel this morning.
Just observe without the need to change anything.
Maybe you woke up feeling rested and excited for the day.
Maybe your mind is already busy.
Maybe you're feeling tired,
Unmotivated or a little unsure of what today will bring.
Whatever you're bringing into this moment.
Now that you are welcome exactly as you are.
Take another slow breath in.
And as you breathe out,
Give yourself permission to create a little space around everything waiting for you today.
Your plans can wait a little bit longer.
Your messages don't have to be answered right away.
Your to-do list will still be there when you're ready for it.
Take this moment just for you.
Before we move into today's affirmations,
I want to ask yourself one simple question.
How do I truly want to feel today?
Not what do I need to achieve or what does everyone else need me for.
But how do I want to fail?
Maybe what came into your head was something like calm,
Confident,
Energetic,
Present,
Grateful.
Or maybe you chose something completely different.
If you're not sure,
Simply choose the first word that came into your head.
And trust that this is the right thing.
Try to embody that feeling as we now move into a few affirmations to set the tone for this beautiful day.
You can repeat them out loud.
Quietly in your mind.
Or simply listen to my voice.
I am safe and supported in every single moment.
I allow calm to move through my body.
I trust myself to handle whatever today brings.
I don't need to have everything figured out right now.
I choose where my energy goes today.
I am capable of handling whatever comes my way.
And worthy of taking up space.
I trust myself and the decisions I make.
I don't need to compare myself or my path to anyone else's.
I give myself permission to move through today at my own pace.
I notice and welcome the good around me.
I trust that things can unfold in my favor,
Even when I can't see the whole picture yet.
I am open to unexpected moments of joy.
I deserve to speak to myself with kindness.
I have everything within me that I need for today.
Today does not need to be perfect to be a good day.
I'm ready to meet this day as I am.
Take a slow breath in.
And gently release.
Circle back to the feeling you chose for yourself earlier.
Notice how it makes you feel.
Imagine carrying just a little bit of that feeling with you as you move into your day.
Maybe into one of the conversations you'll have.
Into the way you speak to yourself.
Maybe into the decisions you make.
Or into the little moments you normally wouldn't notice.
Sometimes one small shift is enough to create another.
And another.
Take one final deep breath in,
Maybe the deepest one you've taken.
So far yet.
And then slowly let it go.
Take a moment to simply sit with everything you've just created for yourself.
There's no need to do anything else just yet.
Just notice.
And now.
You can slowly begin to notice your body again.
Feel the surface beneath you.
Notice if there are any sounds around you.
Bring a little bit of movement back into your fingers.
And into your toes.
Maybe.
Roll your shoulders,
That feels good.
And if your eyes are still closed,
Whenever you feel ready,
Gently close them.
Blink them open again.
Before you go,
I want to take a moment to thank you for trusting me with this meditation.
And I hope you can thank yourself for showing up this morning.
It genuinely means a lot to have you here.
And I hope you carry even a small piece of this moment with you today.
And maybe let it ripple a little further.
Take care of yourself.
And I hope to have you back here soon.
