Hello,
And welcome to the breathing room.
Today's meditation is focused on you feeling into your fullness,
Noticing what that even means for you.
What does it mean to feel full?
In this sense,
I'm speaking of the fullness of who you are as a human being in your body,
In your core,
In the essence.
So when you're ready,
Go into a comfortable position and either lower your gaze or close your eyes.
Bring awareness to your senses.
What do you hear,
Whether it's close by or in the distance?
What do you taste?
Maybe the last thing you ate or drank,
Toothpaste?
What are you touching right now?
Are you sitting in a chair?
Are you lying down?
What do you smell?
On your next breath in,
Draw your breath from your lower belly all the way up to the top of your head.
Open mouth,
Let it go.
Do that again.
Feel the nourishment of your breath as you take it in.
Open mouth and release.
With each inhale,
You're breathing in nourishment.
And with every exhale,
You're letting go of what will not be used by your body.
Can you continue to expand in your ribcage as you deepen your breath and then watch it deflate as you let go with your exhale?
Now,
With your next breath in,
Imagine a ball of energy,
Any color,
And it's over your head.
On your exhale,
That energy begins to come through your head,
Through your body,
Starting at the top of your head,
Your crown,
And goes to your third eye.
That energy continues to make its way down through your face,
Your throat,
Goes down your neck to your heart space,
Your torso.
The energy goes down your arms,
Your fingertips.
Now,
It continues down your waist,
Separating through each leg,
Goes down to your feet,
And then it leaves out through your toes.
That energy that just came through had one intention,
And its purpose was to be a clean sweep of your entire body.
What you are sitting in right now or lying in right now is your pure essence and your true fullness.
Sit with this part of you and deeply breathe into your fullness.
As you breathe into this,
Notice how it feels in your body.
Notice if there are any parts of you that feel a sensation,
Maybe tingling in your fingertips,
Maybe nothing.
Notice that with this level of fullness that you are embodying,
You can truly accomplish anything.
Continue to sit here with this energy.
I encourage you to continue embodying this fullness outside of this meditation.
Begin to bring awareness back into your body.
When you're ready,
Blink your eyes open.
